Service is slowwwww. I placed an app order that was to be ready at 5:15... at 5:35, I was still waiting. There was only one other customer inside and only one person came through the drive thru while I waited. No reason for the snail pace of the employees!

Their service is bad because they don't pay attention to details like the size the size of the drinks things that aren't want it in the drinks like for example I've asked for no whip cream and I've gotten whipped cream I order a large milkshake online but was given a small milkshake in charge for a large I was told they can't do refunds from online orders

The employees at this location are absolutely phenomenal thank you Tony for your kindness and going above and beyond I wish I knew the other young ladies name that showed kindness last Saturday and gave my dogs a pup cup before my baby died that evening I will be back to show my gratitude.

I managed Arby's for 4 yrs and so my expectations are pretty high when I visit one ... This location definitely met my expectations... The food was fresh and hot, proportions were accurate, and tasted very fresh... The staff was very friendly and a big shout out to Richard... Very nice, friendly guy, made sure my visit was enjoyable! Thank you

We just were here Saturday Aug 3rd around 10 pm the gentleman working the drive thru was absolutely amazing definitely will be back he was so kind and respectful was definitely a great employee and should get a raise ☺️
