I was visiting from out of state to take pictures of various filming locations filmed here in Moriarty and in Estancia. This was one of the cleanest Arby's I have been in. The young staff we're very friendly and professional, which is something you just don't see in larger cities or towns. I regret not getting the names of the staff. But I can say that I was there on Tuesday the 17th of June around 5:00 to have a sit-down meal and was the guy that asked for extra salt.

I have never been treated so badly in a Drive-Thru over a simple order I got two crispy chicken sandwiches no lettuce some curly fries handsome crinkle cut fries all of which tastes like it's been in the warmer for hours

One of the guy employees didn’t put no napkins in my order also did not put the right drink I asked for and I ordered a sandwich and drink and they took a while to take my order and I got charged more then I had to.

The Philly cheese steak sandwich was delicious, filling and piled with a lot of meat. They had a special 2 for $8 and that's a pretty good deal!

Service is slowwwww. I placed an app order that was to be ready at 5:15... at 5:35, I was still waiting. There was only one other customer inside and only one person came through the drive thru while I waited. No reason for the snail pace of the employees!
20 minutes for 2 honey mustard wraps . Only to get ranch 🤮🤢

Their service is bad because they don't pay attention to details like the size the size of the drinks things that aren't want it in the drinks like for example I've asked for no whip cream and I've gotten whipped cream I order a large milkshake online but was given a small milkshake in charge for a large I was told they can't do refunds from online orders

The employees at this location are absolutely phenomenal thank you Tony for your kindness and going above and beyond I wish I knew the other young ladies name that showed kindness last Saturday and gave my dogs a pup cup before my baby died that evening I will be back to show my gratitude.
