“I placed an online order but got there later than I thought, totally my fault. When I arrived, they found my order but it hadn’t been kept warm. Instead of getting mad at me for my mess up, the offered to remake it, free of charge. This team truly understands customer service, and even though it was my own fault that I was late, they went above and beyond to make sure I got taken care of. Even gave me a water while I was waiting for the remake. 10/10 service, will definitely order again, and not be late this time lol“

“We found the food properly prepared as to KFC standards, so pleased in that aspect. Quite a few dirty tables, so had to search for the "cleanest" table. There was a disagreement between a customer and an employee while we ate. The employee was dead wrong trying to make the customer take the box of food that was given to another customer, opened, then returned to the counter. Employee argued with the customer it was just a mistake, and he needed to take the food. Customer stood his ground. Finally KFC relented and gave customer a fresh order. I've worked in many restaurants in the past, traveled throughout the US, and never have seen this.“
