Had to ask for the straws for our drinks, they included no sauces in the fans favorite box, and the person taking orders was hard to understand and impatient sounding. I still enjoyed the food though and am still a KFC fan, but this joint needs some customer service classes.

Hardest chicken nuggets iv ever had in my life. Chicken looked and tasted like it was 7 hours old. Mac n cheese was dry and clumpy probably old too. Only thing good was the biscuit and my Pepsi. Hate to say but this is a sorry excuse for a kfc.

Went to KFC tonight for dinner and ordered a K7 and asked for all white meat, however, we were given only chicken thighs (brown meat.) We went inside to correct the problem. The service was terrible and the girl was snobby. When requesting a manager the female stated that the manager only speaks Spanish and wasn’t available. Long story short, the problem didn’t get resolved and the customer service was terrible. Dang high school kids with no work ethic or morals. KFC should hire more qualified individuals for the position that way they don’t lose customers to poor service.

The stated hours are until midnight. We came on a Saturday just after 10pm and KFC was closed.

I swear this kfc is the worst. Chicken is always old. I'll never buy chicken there again. The taco bell stuff is usually okayish.

Person taking order was rude. Only got 2/4 sides. Missing my biscuits from my box's. Somehow a whole peice of chicken out of a 3 piece chicken box. Spent $30 when I'm missing $10 worth of food.

I’ve never received bad costumer service at this location before tonight. The girl at the drive thru had the worst attitude I’ve seen in a long time. I ordered the double dunk it meal and she never asked what sauces I wanted. When I handed her my card she acted like it was my fault she was wearing short sleeves and it’s cold. Never once smiled at me or told me to have a good night; nothing at all that might show that she represents a business that is grateful for our patronage. I asked her if there was sauce in the bag, and she said “gravy”, I asked if I could get sauce and she acted like I was being a pest for asking. I got 10 tenders and she handed me 3 sauces even though the description on the sign said it comes with six kinds of sauces.

Your current rating says everything about your costumer service. Get rid of employees who treat costumers as if they are being a nuisance for expecting them to do what they’re being paid to do.

I paid full price for a combo and got only chicken. I asked to have my order redone and she said the chicken is fresh. I did not pay for hot food to go home and drive back to get the items that you forgot so I could eat cold chicken and hot fries and a buscuit. I just took the L, I could of checked my order instead of trusting them, but I will also not come back.

Waited on the counter for 10 minutes. Ok. Asked for a family meal and asked if there was enough. No ok so I asked for a sandwich, tell me the audacity of the lady leave me there to go to the drive thru. Like really. Never!

I don’t get it, every time I order food it’s cold and may have been sitting there since lunch. Something needs to be done. It’s not like there’s many choices in the town to eat, so you would think they would try for being the best and satisfying customers. Ugh
