Worse KFC nuggets ever. Stopped for a quick snack and got burnt nuggets that looked like they had been sitting for two hours. Literally spit them out and tossed them. Unfortunately had already jumped back on the highway so no recourse :(

Never been, but after reading all these bad reviews I’ll just order a pizza 🍕 at TA, when you have this many bad reviews it’s not a good place, the franchise owner needs to fire everyone and start over

This business doesn't deserve for truckers. If you walking here from truck stop after a long day of working and serving America, they don't serve you with food after 10pm, because they just won't. They saying you to go to drive thru window and order there. But with such an attitude towards us, who work hard all day and find time to eat late at night, then for them you are nobody. Walk like a moron to the line for cars. No thanks kfc, but you won't get another dollar from me

Honestly so frustrated with this location. We have ordered from here multiple times and have received wrong or incomplete orders almost every time. I got chunky mashed potatoes. Most of the time when I order a small side they can't even bother filling it up, it's half or quarter full each time. I'm not paying $3 for 3 bites of food. It's rediculous, do better.

Order was wrong. Biscuit was so hard I couldn't bite into it. Chicken was overcooked and dry. Mash potatoes and gravy was more gravy than potatoes. I order chicken, mac & cheese and mashed potatoes. There was no mac & cheese. All of it went in the trash

I came by very late (which I hate doing, sorry guys!) because I was on a roadtrip. The closing staff was extremely kind and accommodating.

This KFC is one of the worst fast food establishments I've stopped at. Without fail, they've managed to be out of several popular items every time I stop in, including coleslaw, chicken tenders, and biscuits. Unless you're dead set on having KFC, I'd go elsewhere.
