I went in to get a family meal , they took my order with a bunch of “give me a second” at first they said there was a wait for biscuits and I said that’s fine then he told me to give him a second then told me there was NO CHICKEN ??! NO CHICKEN at kfc ???

Pulled up to the speaker ordered a 8 pc family meal. Was told at 515 pm it'd be a 30 minute wait. I said no problem, by the time i got to the window (20 minutes) i was handed a bucket of chicken that had obviously been sitting there since this morning possibly yesterday's chicken. This place needs to be shutdown. The health department needs to be called. This was the worst chicken I had ever seen, I hope nobody gets sick.
Just failure and completely unacceptable performance of food service!

Ordered, 20 minutes later they tell us they are out of what we ordered. There were very few other customers. I'm done with KFC. No orders correct in a year, multiple locations 🥺

Chicken was way overcooked, bathrooms were absolutely disgusting and the cashier acted like she didn't know where she was. They also had no fresh white meat chicken, according to the cashier, when I clearly saw breast sitting in the warmer. Do better! Ive been eating KFC most of my life and haven't never experienced food like this.

We ordered lunch.. a bowl with mashed corn gravy chicken.. you know the deal..
A 3 or 3 piece meal, mashed with gravy and slaw.
Food came up very fast...
We got our food and sat down.. no utensils in the bag , that's ok. They have like a condiment table with hot sauce, napkins, ketchup, utensils.. so o go to grab a couple of forks...
No forks no spoons.
I ask the cashier for forks and or spoons and he says they don't have any... want some fries?
How did they expect us to eat this food? They knew they had no utensils, the manager knew, and no one said anything...
I am not questioning being out of utensils... I am questioning how did they let people order and not tell them??? There is a grocery store next door, they could buy utensils.... nope, couldn't make that happen.
I have never seen anything like this.
We won't be back...

Why is it every time I come away from this particular location I feel like I've been whipped with a hammer and ripped off. Maybe that's because the math ain't mathing. As you can see by the picture I posted the sign says that the famous bowl which is a classic includes the drink at the $6.99 price. The upcharge on that drink to a large is 10 cents which is reflected on my receipt. The problem is is they're charging $8 not $6.99 Plus the 10 cents upcharge. I have a feeling they do this in the hopes that most of their customers are just dumb drivers who don't know how to do math. They couldn't be more wrong. We can calculate a clock in our sleep which means calculating money is no problem. My suggestion is to fix your sign before somebody turns you in to the state because what you're doing is illegal.

In New Mexico, it is illegal under the Unfair Practices Act to charge a customer a higher price than what is listed on the menu. A menu is considered an advertisement and a representation of the price of goods and services.

I really don't care that you refunded me for a drink. I really wanted what I wanted at the correct pricing. Shame on you Taco Bell and KFC do better.

When coming into this establishment at 9:00 p.m. We were greeted with immediate attitude. We were rushed by the employee to order and then when placing the order we're told they were out of everything that we wanted. We were then given even more attitude as we were not ordering fast enough.

When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was completely ignored to the point where the lady behind us reminded the employee. I was still talking to them. Then I was told currently that there was no supervisor on site.

If I could give this restaurant a zero Stars I absolutely would!

This place Needs better Management and mature workers you can't have that in an environment like this. When young kids are flirting with customers and not paying attention to their duties. I didn't even get to order everything because they were messing around too much and I couldn't pay attention or focus with what I was trying to get. So I just ate my food without taking my family anything I'll go down to the next business and order something different. I'd be concerned if I was the owner of this business.
