We ordered lunch.. a bowl with mashed corn gravy chicken.. you know the deal.. A 3 or 3 piece meal, mashed with gravy and slaw. Food came up very fast... We got our food and sat down.. no utensils in the bag , that's ok. They have like a condiment table with hot sauce, napkins, ketchup, utensils.. so o go to grab a couple of forks... No forks no spoons. I ask the cashier for forks and or spoons and he says they don't have any... want some fries? How did they expect us to eat this food? They knew they had no utensils, the manager knew, and no one said anything... I am not questioning being out of utensils... I am questioning how did they let people order and not tell them??? There is a grocery store next door, they could buy utensils.... nope, couldn't make that happen. I have never seen anything like this. We won't be back...

Why is it every time I come away from this particular location I feel like I've been whipped with a hammer and ripped off. Maybe that's because the math ain't mathing. As you can see by the picture I posted the sign says that the famous bowl which is a classic includes the drink at the $6.99 price. The upcharge on that drink to a large is 10 cents which is reflected on my receipt. The problem is is they're charging $8 not $6.99 Plus the 10 cents upcharge. I have a feeling they do this in the hopes that most of their customers are just dumb drivers who don't know how to do math. They couldn't be more wrong. We can calculate a clock in our sleep which means calculating money is no problem. My suggestion is to fix your sign before somebody turns you in to the state because what you're doing is illegal.
In New Mexico, it is illegal under the Unfair Practices Act to charge a customer a higher price than what is listed on the menu. A menu is considered an advertisement and a representation of the price of goods and services.
I really don't care that you refunded me for a drink. I really wanted what I wanted at the correct pricing. Shame on you Taco Bell and KFC do better.

When coming into this establishment at 9:00 p.m. We were greeted with immediate attitude. We were rushed by the employee to order and then when placing the order we're told they were out of everything that we wanted. We were then given even more attitude as we were not ordering fast enough.
When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was completely ignored to the point where the lady behind us reminded the employee. I was still talking to them. Then I was told currently that there was no supervisor on site.
If I could give this restaurant a zero Stars I absolutely would!

This place Needs better Management and mature workers you can't have that in an environment like this. When young kids are flirting with customers and not paying attention to their duties. I didn't even get to order everything because they were messing around too much and I couldn't pay attention or focus with what I was trying to get. So I just ate my food without taking my family anything I'll go down to the next business and order something different. I'd be concerned if I was the owner of this business.

THE WORST KFC we have EVER been to! We will NOT go back again to this location!! We tried it twice hoping the first time was just a mistake, but NO! It was as bad the second time! They had NO white meat both times—first time was 4:30 pm and second time was 5:30 pm. The first time we were offered thighs and legs but all of it was very dry and old and we couldn’t even eat it! The second time we were told No Breasts and they said they would give us a couple of extra thighs…they DIDNT! KFC Customer Care SUCKS also!! I emailed them twice and no response except for the first time to ask for additional information. They evidently DONT CARE ABOUT KFC CUSTOMERS!
GET THE WORD OUT…DONT GO TO THIS KFC!

Overall satisfactory lunch at this location. Chicken tasted good. Mashed potato and biscuit were equally tasty. Staff seemed a little overwhelmed what's the amount of people coming in when I did. Overall good choice for lunch

Ordered 3 chicken fried dinners fried steaks were black dry and disgusting.food needs to be thrown when sitting all day rather than served and sold to customers.
Had to ask for the straws for our drinks, they included no sauces in the fans favorite box, and the person taking orders was hard to understand and impatient sounding. I still enjoyed the food though and am still a KFC fan, but this joint needs some customer service classes.

Hardest chicken nuggets iv ever had in my life. Chicken looked and tasted like it was 7 hours old. Mac n cheese was dry and clumpy probably old too. Only thing good was the biscuit and my Pepsi. Hate to say but this is a sorry excuse for a kfc.

Went to KFC tonight for dinner and ordered a K7 and asked for all white meat, however, we were given only chicken thighs (brown meat.) We went inside to correct the problem. The service was terrible and the girl was snobby. When requesting a manager the female stated that the manager only speaks Spanish and wasn’t available. Long story short, the problem didn’t get resolved and the customer service was terrible. Dang high school kids with no work ethic or morals. KFC should hire more qualified individuals for the position that way they don’t lose customers to poor service.
