Took my family here from overseas for a dinner meal. They were extra busy, but made sure we were attended to in a friendly and polite manner despite being rushed off their feet.Dinner was delicious as it always is at Nachos, and the servings were a good size too, not too big, but not too small either.There is something about simple foods done very well, and Nachos excels at them.Food was fresh, hot, well cooked and delicious!My son in law who has never eaten proper Mexican food before, wolfed his plate down in minutes, it was so good.Thats definitely a testament to well seasoned, yummy Nachos food !If you're looking for a trendy, "woke" restaurant where you can order the latest vegan recipes served on cardboard and stones...don't come here.Nachos is a down to earth, genuine Mexican restaurant that specialises in making customers stomachs full and happy.The decor is basic, earthy and no frills... its ALL about the food here! and rightly so.So if you're travelling through Moriarty and you are hungry or hankering for a hot plate of genuine food, stop in at Nachos, have a seat, and get stuck into a plate of hot, fluffy Sopapillas with honey... or whatever takes your fancy!!

This was my second visit to Nachos and I literally planned a trip from Tennessee to Arizona around stopping here again. It did not disappoint, it was as good as two years ago and that was great!This time I had the Indian taco and it was perfect!The service was GREAT?

We had an unexpected death in our family and had extended family in from other states, we called on a Saturday afternoon and they were able to reserve the back for 20 people that night. The service was outstanding, the food was delicious and I will recommend this establishment to anybody asking.Bravo, Nachos!

I had the green chile, chicken enchiladas. They were really good and plentiful. Complimentary chips and salsa were gone by the time the food arrived and also very tasty. Avoid iced tea, I had to change to a soft drink, tea was not good.
