I’m so happy I found this place. It is near where I work and there aren’t many vegetarian options. I went in here and there were lots of people enjoying the food at the person at the counter was great. I told him it was my first time and he told me how the restaurant works (they cook two different dishes a day and they switch it out everyday) and then showed me everything they have. I ended up getting rice and both dishes as well as two samosas and it was amazing. I’ll be back for sure.
Vegetarian options: It is a vegetarian restaurant so you can feel free eating anything you want!

just a small kitchen with an ordering counter for take-out only. Opens at 5:30 AM on Tuesday thru Friday. Family run with a local flair for New Mexican foods. Just off of Interstate 40 at exit 196 (St Rt 41) and on the main commercial street in Moriarty. The home-made tortilla chips was a unexpected surprise and a real treat.
Spicy and fresh, whole spices. Friendly and helpful staff. For vegan make sure to ask for no ghee.
