Today I stopped at this truck stop, so I went to the subway , and I asked them to use my pilot points, which I had a lot of, but they refused to use them and I had to pay for them myself.i m not happy
I will not stop again here

Worst experience they don’t even open on time this is 2nd time they deserve 0 star . If the owner reading this at least ask your employees to open on time. And employees have very bad attitude
As a line of us are waiting the ladies working we’re on their phones reading the bad reviews about them, which are all seeming to check out. They messed up our sandwiches and roll up. They messed up the sandwich of the guy in front of us as well. They were too worried about talking to each other about another worker in the back who, I guess, was not helping. But there were three of them up front, and only about 4-5 people in line. Horrible customer service.
The young lady who work here name tag says Leandra , worst customer service and very bad attitude. I totally forgot the other young lady who ended up helping me name .(tallessa I think that was her name , she has good customer service. I watched her with other customers and it was genuinely her personality , I give her 5 stars ⭐️ )
We got the grab and go sandwiches after hours, and they we're marked wrong. When it says turkey, you dont expect Italian. Also, a spicy Italian isn't black forest ham.

2 employees plus a manager on shift for a busy Friday afternoon and not 1 employee wanted to be there. 4 people in line, the manager on the phone with her boyfriend outside, a trainee filling cookie boxes and 1 employee half ass making sandwiches until they decided they were over it and left the trainee to figure it out. Poor girl didn't know the menu or the register. Bread was rock hard stale and cookies were burnt. Lobby was dirty and this place never follows their posted hours of operations. Wait until the next stop if you can. This place is horrible.

Worst service at a subway ever 2 girls at the counter first girl leaves immediately to hide in the back the second girl allowed a customer to walk off stood there didn't take my order for 10 minutes it's rather ridiculous. I would recommend going anywhere else in town but to this subway also be prepared for rude treatment from the gas station staff at night one of the maintenance jerks blasts his speaker through the whole building.

I’ve been to this subway probably six or seven times in the last month. I’m going through a phase where I’m eating a lot of Subway’s vegetable sandwiches.
Every time I come here, there is this one young man, couldn’t be older than 24, who is basically a jerk. He hardly acknowledges me. He actually said “hello” to me today which was a surprise. I have to tell him over and over to actually put enough vegetables on the sandwich. I’m literally ordering a vegetarian sandwich and he sparsely covers the bread at all.
I’ve been through this with him over and over. I probably wouldn’t even be leaving this review if he was actually polite, whether or not he could figure out how to make an adequate vegetarian sandwich. But the rudeness and the willful incompetence are too much. I’m over it. I will not be coming back to this subway. I’ll just go to the one in Edgewood.
