I waited 30 minutes for them to get a drawer. They help one guest and disappear in the back. Never came back to help me or the gentleman behind me. It's great you make pre made subs and put them in the gas station, or no one would ever get anything from this location.

I was not greeted upon entering the store, even though two employees were standing behind the register.

Per Pilot Travel Center’s own guideline, “Attention professional drivers: Please pull forward after fueling.” However, what is the point of pulling forward when the store is not prepared to serve customers afterward? On 11/13/2025 at 6:45 p.m., Pilot Travel Center store #475 had three different types of pepperoni pizza but not a single plain cheese pizza available. The coffee machine displayed a large “Cleaning Required” message on the touchscreen, making it unusable.

When I walked over to the Subway restaurant, there were eight people waiting in line and only one employee working, causing significant delays.

I then asked an employee named Jose to speak with the manager. Jose was extremely rude, lacked basic customer service skills, and refused to provide the manager’s name or a corporate contact number. When the manager finally came out, she did not greet me; instead, the first thing she said was, “What happened?” She was also rude and refused to give her name. She had no visible name badge and was covering her uniform with a gray jacket, making her appear as if she were wearing street clothes.

Overall, the experience was unprofessional and very disappointing.

The food is good but they don't have enough employees they only have one person usually in the front making sandwiches and cashiering. The atmosphere is too busy because it's the truck stop and Subway has become corporate. Long lines

Today I stopped at this truck stop, so I went to the subway , and I asked them to use my pilot points, which I had a lot of, but they refused to use them and I had to pay for them myself.i m not happy
I will not stop again here

As a line of us are waiting the ladies working we’re on their phones reading the bad reviews about them, which are all seeming to check out. They messed up our sandwiches and roll up. They messed up the sandwich of the guy in front of us as well. They were too worried about talking to each other about another worker in the back who, I guess, was not helping. But there were three of them up front, and only about 4-5 people in line. Horrible customer service.
