Worst service at a subway ever 2 girls at the counter first girl leaves immediately to hide in the back the second girl allowed a customer to walk off stood there didn't take my order for 10 minutes it's rather ridiculous. I would recommend going anywhere else in town but to this subway also be prepared for rude treatment from the gas station staff at night one of the maintenance jerks blasts his speaker through the whole building.

I’ve been to this subway probably six or seven times in the last month. I’m going through a phase where I’m eating a lot of Subway’s vegetable sandwiches.
Every time I come here, there is this one young man, couldn’t be older than 24, who is basically a jerk. He hardly acknowledges me. He actually said “hello” to me today which was a surprise. I have to tell him over and over to actually put enough vegetables on the sandwich. I’m literally ordering a vegetarian sandwich and he sparsely covers the bread at all.
I’ve been through this with him over and over. I probably wouldn’t even be leaving this review if he was actually polite, whether or not he could figure out how to make an adequate vegetarian sandwich. But the rudeness and the willful incompetence are too much. I’m over it. I will not be coming back to this subway. I’ll just go to the one in Edgewood.

They have what seems like a bunch of brand new people training. The meat portions are not the correct weight and they want to pass off the meat that’s good on a half a sub for a footlong. I ended up needing to order double meat for the first time ever because they can’t portion their meats. I repeated myself a few times and then the gentleman said he didn’t know which of course he did. A bunch of incompetent workers here.
Tavion deserves the biggest raise. This man and his customer service is top tier. Best experience I’ve ever had at a subway by far, and I know it wasn’t easy tackling my family but he did it with a smile on his face, and put a smile on all of ours as well. ?

Ordered rotisserie chicken sub on multigrain bread. bread was at least a day old. Hard and crusty. There was no more than 1oz of chicken on it. Hubby had a Subway club, same stale bread plus we each had a bag of chips for $39!!!. No more Subway for us!!! Complete rip off! Price gouging!!!

The worst subway experience, the girl working behind the counter was moving in slow motion trying to serve as few customers as possible before her relief came in. It took 20 minutes to get our sandwiches and there was only one customer ahead of us (who only ordered 2 sandwiches). Ridiculous. The other worker clearly saw there was a line and continued fiddling around with bread or cookies instead of getting everyone served and back on the road. Subway is typically a quick stop but this location is not and it is not worth the wait and lack luster service.

Monday 10am , wait is 15 min due to only one employee in front. Ordered turkey sub, at checkout charged extra $2 for extra turkey that I didn't asked for. Aaron told me that's the only way he been told to charge customers even tho they have regular turkey sub on the menu. It's all look like very innocent little fraud, but still a fraud. Extremely frustrating.

I will say this pilot location was awesome... Great friendly service.. I will also add service was good as well here at the subway on April 14th about 12pm.BUT.......We got 2 footlongs one grilled chicken and other one steak. Took it to go eat in the truck etc. My son said he had no steak in his sandwich... None. I thought he was being dramatic bcz honestly my children sandwich had the amount of chicken that would go in a 6 inch NOT a footlong.Anyway then a few hours later we went to eat the other half and I opened his sandwich and even picked around amongst all the veggies and I could not find one piece of steak in there... I mean if I wanted a veggie one I would have ordered that. But no i paid for the steak, right?? Maybe the guy warmed and forgot to put on I don't know. But where was the rest of my chicken as well??????The worst part was I then tried to call and I tried like 3 times NO answer.. I even called the pilot asked them to tell subway to plz answer the phone, I mean they say they take phone orders, well not like that they can't....Anyway before 10pm when they closed I tried another 5 or so times as I would like my sandwiches properly remade the next time I am even in New Mexico.. and they had no direct email contact, the only way to email corporate I needed some store number off a receipt I don't think I even got .... So anyway I am leaving this post in hopes the subway manager will see what is actually going on .. and I will be attempting to call again until I get thru to the store and honestly I would like my order corrected and something additional comped at this point as it should not take this much work on my part to get what I freaking paid for, RIGHT?
Parking: At a truck stop so huge parking lot and able to accommodate all, just make sure you make sure you get what u order when you are still there!!!!!

For a very busy place, it was worth the wait. It seems they have limited staff but still I was impressed by the staffs excellent service clean food. Very good service.

The worst ever subway! Don’t waste your time here!! 30 mins waiting then the registration not working, there’s one inexperienced worker & no one help him, no one cares for customer’s time ! Shame on you subway to run this business here.. hope some manager will visit & take action!

40 minutes to get foot-long sandwich there is old lady work there she have the most worst customer service , bread is old & table is dirty !! So bad experience.
