Monday 10am , wait is 15 min due to only one employee in front. Ordered turkey sub, at checkout charged extra $2 for extra turkey that I didn't asked for. Aaron told me that's the only way he been told to charge customers even tho they have regular turkey sub on the menu. It's all look like very innocent little fraud, but still a fraud. Extremely frustrating.

I will say this pilot location was awesome... Great friendly service.. I will also add service was good as well here at the subway on April 14th about 12pm.BUT.......We got 2 footlongs one grilled chicken and other one steak. Took it to go eat in the truck etc. My son said he had no steak in his sandwich... None. I thought he was being dramatic bcz honestly my children sandwich had the amount of chicken that would go in a 6 inch NOT a footlong.Anyway then a few hours later we went to eat the other half and I opened his sandwich and even picked around amongst all the veggies and I could not find one piece of steak in there... I mean if I wanted a veggie one I would have ordered that. But no i paid for the steak, right?? Maybe the guy warmed and forgot to put on I don't know. But where was the rest of my chicken as well??????The worst part was I then tried to call and I tried like 3 times NO answer.. I even called the pilot asked them to tell subway to plz answer the phone, I mean they say they take phone orders, well not like that they can't....Anyway before 10pm when they closed I tried another 5 or so times as I would like my sandwiches properly remade the next time I am even in New Mexico.. and they had no direct email contact, the only way to email corporate I needed some store number off a receipt I don't think I even got .... So anyway I am leaving this post in hopes the subway manager will see what is actually going on .. and I will be attempting to call again until I get thru to the store and honestly I would like my order corrected and something additional comped at this point as it should not take this much work on my part to get what I freaking paid for, RIGHT?Parking: At a truck stop so huge parking lot and able to accommodate all, just make sure you make sure you get what u order when you are still there!!!!!

For a very busy place, it was worth the wait. It seems they have limited staff but still I was impressed by the staffs excellent service clean food. Very good service.

The worst ever subway! Don’t waste your time here!! 30 mins waiting then the registration not working, there’s one inexperienced worker & no one help him, no one cares for customer’s time ! Shame on you subway to run this business here.. hope some manager will visit & take action!

Every time I come here it's a disappointment. I show about once a week. I come during dinner rush and there is never anything to make sandwiches. I don't know who does the ordering or prep but it's horrible. Please fix this.

Being in a truckstop, this Subway would have you think that it's just average, but it's not. I don't know whether my suspicions are true or not, but a sub from here leaves me feeling fuller than one from another Subway. It's as if the portioning here is more than at other ones.Vegetarian options: Ordering vegetarian here is a plus, as the portioning is amazing...huge salads, and an eclectic selection of dressing makes it great for vegheads.

This is my second visit here,Last time they were not open till mid day and all day. Either employees don’t want to work but get paid anyways.Today again she said we not open “in opening hours”Not happy with this store.Owner needs to address this

This Subway is so pathetic. “We close at 10 but we are out of half of our ingredients.” That’s ridiculous. But what’s worse is they won’t do kids meals unless it ham or turkey and if they’re out, oh well I have to pay for an adult sandwich. If I order a certain sandwich, they’re out of most of it but will still charge full price. They remodeled but they’re just as bad as they’ve always been. Management should be ashamed, embarrassed of what they’re running. You don’t have things? Close your store or give a discount. Prepare better. Get it together because it’s truly a shame. Taking my business elsewhere.

This has got to be the worst Subway restaurant in North America.. only two choices of bread, white undercooked, brown bread super dry..the chicken noodle soup was salty ? had to send it back...Do not waste your money in this place...

Lady in front was complaining about everything on the menu and kept looking to me. She was trying to be funny and made some comment I ignored as I was getting tired of her comments and I had to get to work. She leaned over to the cashier and sandwich maker and all three looked at me and laughed. So very unprofessional! I left after telling them they were rude. Also, there was lettuce and other pieces of food dropped all over the food area. Not clean; gross.
