I ordered 5 tacos to go, they were terrible, they fell apart by the time we arrived home. I've never seen tacos so thin and with hardly any ingredients that I paid 9 dollars for. TacoBell should be embarrassed for the quality of their food and service to the public, we deserve better.

Everytime I come here I always feel unsettled, this last time I didn't even grab my food at the window because the 2 drivers in front of me were arguing with the employee at the window, one customer even chose to blare their horn and toss a drink out the window while screeching at them, I know nothing of why that is but it was enough for me to just leave and go elsewhere it was not a very pleasant experience to say the least

Manager yelled at customer and refunded money instead of correcting order. Do so with an entire school of volleyball students near by. Tried to serve a bean burrito in place og a grilled steak one. Was told it was a grilled one. That they domt grill it, that she personally steams it. Reporting the false advertisement to NM Attorney General and the FTC. Sometimes ya gotta show stupid, how wrong they were.

I came to this restaurant for some KFC. I think that they may have been short on 8-10 of their 11 herbs and spices. I ordered the 3 piece white meat. I paid a .40 up-charge for the white meat. I received all dark meat because they said that they were out of breasts. My meal came with 2 sides. One of which was not what I asked for. A customer ahead of me also received an incorrect side. There was no butter, honey, or jelly for the biscuit. No salt or pepper anywhere. My potatoes had maybe a teaspoon of gravy on them, so no dipping for my biscuit either. This was not a late-night incident. This was shortly before the 5pm dinner rush. ??? One brightside, the clerk that was taking the orders was very friendly.

There was this Hispanic girl she was talking my order and I was getting a family pack for my family and I said that's all so I was about to pay and I decided I wanted KFC so then the lady reached over the counter were the payment thingy was and clicked random buttons on the payment thing and I was mad that they would do that so I said to her you know what I don't want anything and told her she was being VERY rude to me and left the service was not good 😐

Just ordered online, went through drive through and the white guy with blonde hair, with her headset on that handed me my food, WASH YOUR HANDS! His hand was gross! Black underneath his nails and all round his nails, & he proceeded to grab sauce packets and place into my bag without gloves and apparently without washing his hands! A complete waste of my money! So gross!

Definitely should have looked at the reviews we ordered a 16 pice chicken and double sides came out to $70+ we got 5 breast and a hand full of wings and our sides were half full mac and cheese half full coleslaw and half full mashed potatoes all 4 would have just added to one of each this establishment and all the workers really need to be taught customer service. I would ask for my money back, but obviously, you need it more than I do. I wish I knew you guys were a 3-star establishment. I'm surprised that you even have that, and it's probably the workers posting the good reviews never going to this place agian and seriously suggest no one dose till they fix the problem they have

Was stuck in their drive through line for 25 minutes. They have curbs so you can't even get out to leave. I was held hostage for 25 min. Has now happened multiple times because I live close.

I had a unique experience at this Taco Bell that really showed me the value of great customer service. I arrived just after closing, and somehow the lobby door was still open, so I walked in without realizing the lobby was closed. One of the employees told me she couldn’t take my order because the dining area was already shut down. I explained that I was super hungry and asked if I could please speak to a manager.

That’s when Tie, the manager, stepped in from the register window. He listened to me, understood the situation, and said, “Even though I’m not supposed to do this, I’ll take your order.” He didn’t have to go out of his way, but he did — and that made all the difference.

Tie went above and beyond to help a hungry customer, and for that, he truly deserves recognition — maybe even a raise. It’s rare to find people like him who genuinely care. Thank you, Tie, for your kindness and professionalism! 👏
