I have tried some bad Taco Bell but this one has to be the worst with their food quality, because they just throw everything and anything together and give you. We had a bug order and they messed up everyone not just because it was big but even when we came last week they have done the same thing so I decide to write this review. Also they are big thief’s and will try to steal your order and profit. We were missing 5 whole burritos. Which is big amount and when I asked the lady first she said we gave you your order and then gave me the biggest attitude. Specially the short little one that rings you out. Please be careful and don’t eat here if you don’t want to get sick. Because they are not just give terrible food but there attitude level for all the employees are really bad and not acceptable as per taco bell standard. Also they were speaking in Spanish and talking about us , which is also not right. They also did not cut any of cheese quesadillas and they were all burned and dry . And they did not put any creamy jalapeno sauces on any of them. Because they were very dry. And another big thing I noticed is …. We had 6 cheese quesadillas and they asked for each one if we wanted to put creamy jalapeno sauce, which generally comes with the cheese quesadillas. So what I think there really doing is trying to save food and steal it so they have for them selfs and profit. Please make sure if you eat here , to have a good stomach and also good calm mind, and please DOUBLE DOUBLE MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER. They will DEFINITELY SHORT YOUR ORDER IF YOU HAVE BIG ORDER. Then what they do is refund those items and profit

Great service.... I walked in and they had a bus full of school kids and only saw one girl working, but she assured me there was two more people working... I placed my order and expected a long wait... I sat down and the employees cranked out the orders and before I knew it they called my number! Very quick service!
The most disgusting food I found a large chunk of hair in my soft taco I am livid and I’m throwing up that was outrageous and disgusting

If only I could give 0 stars. Went yesterday they messed up my order. Went today.. I believe accidents happen..& my order was wrong, again. I went inside this time & explained what I was supposed to have..(not hard as I only ordered 2 chicken littles) & I asked for them to be made FRESH since the ones given to me were given cold. The cashier did not tell them to make them fresh only explains that they were not as I ordered so I told the kid taking them back what I expected. He did not look at me & none of them apologized not to mention barely looked at me. When I received the "corrected" order it was 15 seconds later..they were not remade..they were not fresh. I watched the kids the whole time. As a matter of fact when they were taken back the cook yelled that it was what I had ordered. It was not, however I stated regardless they were given to me cold & this time I wanted them made fresh. They did not. The cashier did not actively listen..they acted as if I were wrong..& I still received a tasteless, cold, stale order. Never ever will I go back here & I will be making a call to corporate.

Haven't been in a Taco Bell in forever. First time at this location, 23 Sept, 1800hrs. The young lady working the front counter couldn't have been friendlier, more helpful.. this is the person I want in front of my customers. She was wonderful. Tacos came out wicked fast, and they were hot, temperature hit. I know they should be, sometimes things don't get well.. But that wasn't the case today kids!! Food elwas excellent, the lobby and drink area were immaculate! Hopefully a manager and owner see this and acknowledge the staff working tonight
Update - 17 Oct.. very clean restaurant, friendly helpful gentleman cleaning the tables and lobby as well as handling the register.. this is a nice location

Rude and disrespectful employee working the drive through. Pulled up and she was impatient and had a foul attitude. Mumbling through the microphone my boyfriend had to ask what she was saying until she decided to yell through it. Only got half our order in before her telling us to pull forward. Just drove off, not paying for half our order and dealing with this employees attitude. Instead got very nice service and dealt with polite employees at Sonic.
The cashier was very disrespectful with a bad attitude. I walked out of the Taco Bell knowing that I would never step foot in this place again. This is not acceptable to treat customers this way.

The credit card machine wasn't working today and I didn't have any cash on me and the young girl behind the counter actually pulled money out of her tip jar and offered to pay for my meal. I of course declined and told her that's your money sweetheart you're working hard for it. But I thought that was a very lovely gesture From a very sweet person.

Ordered food on the app. The manager gave our order to someone else. The manager left a 17 year old to not give any food and not give us a refund. She told us to get a refund in the app. Well can't eat an app. So they are basically theives. They took money and gave no food or money in return so how isn't this blatant theft?
