Pretty disappointed. Last two times we went they forgot a fry, spoons, napkins, sauce. I don’t know if corporate that’s making these rules where you have to ask for that but it should be included. And not adding to an order at the window is not typical for most drive throughs. But the food is good.

Did a mobile order and didn't get extra beef and we waited for our food cause the girl at the front counter said it wasn't ready. It was sitting in the mobile order area waiting for 30 min and then she says oh here is your order and it was cold.

My only complaint, the coleslaw tasted fishy, like literal fish. My husband even said it smelled odd. Pepsi was off too,tasted like Diet Pepsi? BUT I still gave 5 stars as this place was CLEAN, and the staff was super friendly and fast. We have had our bad experiences, so I'll take the good with some flaws. I would check the coleslaw date...I worked at KFC in my younger years and was promoted to assistant manager...so coleslaw in my day was made fresh in the mornings.....not sure why this coleslaw smelled and tasted odd. Also the biscuits were super hard? Biscuits are to be replaced with fresh biscuits at certain times throughout the shift....

Took for ever for online order. Nacho fries came very dirty box, tacos and burritos were wrapped very bad. Dirty kitchen. My wife refused to eat from this places. I would avoid this location.

My wife and I stopped on our way through to get us a snack for the road. We went through the drive through just to get stuck in line with no way to exit the drive through for over a hour. Food was terrible service was even worse!!! Never stopping at this pathetic excuse for fast food again.
Grilled cheese steak burritos are amazing! Nacho fries were stale but they quickly made us fresh ones!

Would give zero if possible. I was on a long road trip and was just hoping to get some dinner around 10pm and I went through the drive thru here. I got stuck in line for well over an hour, and I couldn't leave because the drive thru was curbed in all the way around. The car in front of me over heated and was smoking so then we were really stuck. And the whole time there was at least 1-2 employees out back smoking at a time in a constant rotation with the back door open. They all weren't doing shit and the line didn't move the whole time I was there. After the car in front of me broke down I let everyone behind me know so we all backed out because we obviously weren't going to get any food. Such shitty staff, should all be fired.

We got our food in a timely manner and we ordered a cool ranch dorito taco and they gave us a nacho cheese one instead when we went inside to try to get the cool ranch one, they said it was discontinued but it was on their menu
