As a world traveler, not to many things surprise me. Especially in food cuisine. I was very impressed with the unique taste from a small food truck in a small town in Moriarty NM. The name caught my attention, Patatuchi. At first, I thought it was Italian, but to my suprice it was real Mexican food. As a matter of a fact the taste is unique to southwest parts of Mexico.The service was much like eating at home. The friendly atmosphere was unique. They spoke to us as if they new us for years. We had a blast ordering just about everything on the menu. The prices were amazingly adorable. I recommend this place 100% to anyone passing thru or living in that area. If you want a different dinning experience, that's the place you need to visit.

The food here is amazing and worth the price the lady ? is so very sweet they have tables to sit and eat the burritos are huge and delicious they have sodas glass bottle or can they have tacos burritos the chicken is amazing I also found that barbacoa is super amazing the buche as well is so good especially with the green salsa the red sala is good to but hotter than the green out of 10 I rate this food truck 10/10 you can't go wrong here plus food is out super fastParking: Pleanty of parking available

This is still my favorite food truck in the East Mountains ?Parking: They are located in a business parking lot so there are only a few spots next to the truck and one shade spot across from the truck that's always taken ?
The buche tacos are incredible! Gotta knock a few stars off. Food is great but these guys aren’t there randomly. It’s hit or miss if they are open or not. Can’t trust the hours posted on google.
