Reserved a pontoon and tubes a month out- kids were so excited to tube and guess what they were out of tubes! No apology, no refund and they still charged me for the tube rental! Absolutely the worst- would not have driven 3hrs round trip for this kind of treatment. It’s a bunch of teenagers who have no idea who’s in charge and they have no authority to make things right. What a sham!

We rented a 115hp 23' Premium Tritoon Boat to wakeboard. When we arrived, we are informed that the boat is not available due to needing repair and we would need to use a 90hp 25' pontoon boat. No apology. The pontoon they assigned us could barely pull a two person tube. It turned out to be a disappointing day on the water.
