Awful food and overpriced. Service is slow as molasses, seems like they make one piece of an order at a time.

We rented a 115hp 23' Premium Tritoon Boat to wakeboard. When we arrived, we are informed that the boat is not available due to needing repair and we would need to use a 90hp 25' pontoon boat. No apology. The pontoon they assigned us could barely pull a two person tube. It turned out to be a disappointing day on the water. From reading their reviews, a reserved boat not being available and no/appropriate notification given seems to be common. We have rented from numerous marinas and always get a thorough safety, vessel and equipment use talk. Safety talk consisted of this is your fire extinguisher; vessel use consisted of this is how you start the boat; equipment use wasn't explained. No life vests were sized or handed out from the rental office. Most of the gauges on the boat didn't work. The ladder had slots for 6 screws, but only had 4 screws being used with 3 of those rattling loose allowing the ladder plate to rise up about 4 inches. It wasn't safe to go near the ladder for fear of cutting your foot or use it as it may come off. About halfway through our rental, the pontoon boat lost about 20% of its power. All of these gave us real concern about maintenance of these units. When I expressed my concerns, I was told to contact Emily. No apology or concern. Rental staff are very lax for the level of responsibility they carry. When I spoke to her and requested a credit for the difference in cost between the boat I reserved and the one I got, she said I actually got a more expensive boat and started stepping through my charges. She eventually found out they were the same price. Anyone with decent customer service would have led with an apology about lack of notification and not being able to provide the vessel promised. She was dismissive and defensive throughout the call and sarcastically asked "...what do you want". I told her an apology would be nice, unfortunately it was sarcastic at best and not genuine. Again, from reading other reviews, this seems to be common among the staff.

Offer quite a lot on their menu. They do in fact have a lunch and a dinner menu. Wish I could have been there for their dinner but tried their chicken sandwich on their lunch menu and was quite surprised how good it was. The fries are decent, could use more seasoning and the onion rings were only average. But overall for being the nearest food destination for a good distance this place has some decent food. Plus they have nice sitting areas both inside and outside in the marina area.

Really good food we ate here for breakfast and lunch. Friendly staff and affordable prices. The Mcbride breakfast sandwich was great.
