If you’re looking for a peaceful escape paired with an unforgettable dining experience, this little restaurant and boutique inn is a true hidden gem. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home.

The inn itself is cozy, beautifully maintained, and full of character—every corner tells a story. My room was thoughtfully decorated with charming touches that reflect the local flavor. It was the perfect blend of comfort and charm.

The restaurant was a true highlight. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. You can tell Chef Graham cooks with heart—each bite was delicious, and the presentation was just as lovely. The atmosphere was intimate yet relaxed, ideal for a quiet dinner or a special occasion.

The service was truly exceptional. The wait staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. They struck the perfect balance—professional without being stiff, warm without being overbearing.

What really sets this place apart is the attention to detail and the passion behind everything they do. Whether you’re staying for the night or just stopping in for a meal, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, well-fed, and already planning your next visit.

Highly recommend!!

Must do in the dream Ojo itinerary! Our server even offered an oratory presentation to me as a birthday gift and for the first time I truly understood how a flavor profile can change with a clever, unique wine pairing. My goodness. WHAT a delight. The vegetarian menu was stunning. We won't ever forget, and certainly won't stop proselytizing the wonderful dining experience we had.

This was absolutely amazing! I loved everything, the food was spectacular, the drinks were great! This was definitely the best restaurant in Santa Fe!

This is the second time I've dined at NOSA for Sunday lunch and enjoyed it immensely. The remote location, intimate dining room and the carefully selected set menu makes for a very special and unique experience for those that desire a less touristic dining experience in the northern New Mexico area. I haven't toured or stayed at the inn, but it would be convenient accommodations for those dining at night who didn't want to make the commute back to Santa Fe after dinner and wine in the dark.

NOSA exceeded expectations during our two-night stay. The Black Mesa Room was beautifully designed and remarkably comfortable—offering luxury-level amenities at an incredible value.
As for the culinary experience, words hardly do justice to Chef Graham’s artistry. Each dish reflects meticulous attention to detail, creating meals that are both delicious and elegantly presented. This is truly something you must experience firsthand.

Really enjoyed the special food and experience! Although I ate alone, I didn’t feel awkward. Will come again to have a taste on the seasonal special food!

Four of us had a lovely, AMAZING meal. Everything was created perfectly.

Beautiful experience. The setting is breathtaking. The service was impossible to beat, we watched our server literally adapt to who he was serving, with the more serious, stoic customers - he matched them, with us he was super fun and laughed with us. The food was absolutely beautifully presented and every single course was as delectable as the last. Chef Grant came out to meet everyone at the end. Haven't enjoyed a meal this much in a very long time.

Nosa is a gem! An excellent choice for our honeymoon and just a short drive from ABQ. The Black Mesa suite was perfectly appointed, comfortable, and quiet. Dinner by Chef Graham was exceptional with generous portions. The service staff were equally excellent. Then there he was again offering a perfect breakfast the next morning. He clearly enjoys engaging with his diners! We couldn't ask for a better experience and we'll be back again.

Amazing food! We did not stay at the Inn, but drove from about 35 miles away and it was worth the trip. Cannot say enough about the food, truly exquisite. Drink menu was well curated, unique and intentional for their meals. And without a doubt the service was exceptional and accommodating. Fixed menu was perfect all the way around (number and size), as I usually over-eat in these situations.

Nosa is our favorite Santa Fe dining experience. From the incredibly beautiful location, peaceful guest rooms and delicious food we've never had a visit to Nosa that wasn't memorable. When making recommendations to out of town guests we always put Nosa at the top of the list. Graham has a gift for perfectly balancing farm fresh ingredients and the ever changing menu is always tasty and surprising in the best ways. The staff is also knowledgable, welcoming and relaxed. Can't recommend highly enough, Nosa is not to be missed!

What can you say, well worth the drive to this lovely restaurant. My family and I went with a friend this past weekend. Atmosphere, food, service and the spectacular setting all make this an outstanding evening. Beauty is there is one seating, so nobody is rushed to turn the table over. We had the wine paring to accompany the dinner. Each wine was outstanding and embellished the dinner. You know it is good when everyone of us four had a different favorite course of the meal. He'll, if you can make snap peas with porcino cheese be good, you know the chef is doing something right! We can not wait to come back and enjoy an outstanding meal again in this beautiful setting....

Lunch at Nosa was an unforgettable experience. The setting is peaceful and beautiful—tucked away in Northern New Mexico, it immediately puts you at ease. The five-course prix fixe menu was thoughtful and seasonal, with each dish feeling like a work of art. Every bite was balanced, flavorful, and clearly made with care.

We opted for the wine pairing, which was spot-on—each pour brought out something new in the food without overpowering it. The staff were warm, knowledgeable, and paced the meal perfectly so we could truly enjoy each course.

Nosa feels like a hidden gem—refined but not pretentious. If you’re looking for a special meal that’s rooted in place and full of heart, this is the spot!

The Inn:
We really enjoyed our stay at NOSA. Our room, Santa Clara, was roomy, comfortable and had a wonderful northern New Mexico vibe, with Saltillo tile floors, a kiva style fireplace and vigas in the bedroom ceiling. There is no television in the room, which we did not miss at all, but the WIFI seemed very good so you might be able to stream a show or two if you really need to. We sat on the private patio and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings instead. It is in a small, gated community where the residences are far apart, so it is very quiet and feels private and secluded even though it is only a short way off the highway. There are only four rooms at the inn, making it inviting and intimate, like you’re visiting the home of a wealthy friend. The grounds are nicely kept and blend in with the surrounding juniper and pinon countryside. It is a wonderful place for a romantic getaway – I highly recommend it.

The restaurant:
Our dinner was one of the best meals we have ever had - Graham's cooking is creative, and delicious, using just a few fresh ingredients with each dish - he makes it look easy, but I am sure it is not. His staff is amazing as well -attentive, efficient and friendly. It was a truly special night. We also enjoyed breakfast since we were staying at the Inn, and it was marvelous as well. Make a reservation and eat at NOSA - you won't be sorry.

My wife and I came for dinner only but, wow now I want to stay here next time we are in the area.

Dinner is an experience. It’s not meant to be rushed but rather it was a culinary journey. The menu is pre-fixed and everything was delicious and carefully brought to you. While my wife took all the photos, the menu changes depending on what’s in season.

If you are staying at Ojo Caliente, or looking for a magical place should you be in the Santa Fe area, trust me, you can’t miss this place
