NOSA Restaurant & Inn

NOSA is a true NM gem! We had the most incredible, relaxing stay and one of the most fantastic meal of our lives. Chef Graham chatted with us in the morning and was super friendly and interesting. The service was attentive and fun. The rooms were clean, cozy, and the decor was lovely. Don’t miss out on this place, it’s so worth the visit from Santa Fe. We will be back soon!

Without exaggeration, one of the best meals I have ever enjoyed, in a splendid setting watching the sun set over the Tusas mountains. Great room, impeccable service, and very-well considered wine pairings. Next time we dine here I'll be sure to book a room at the inn so we don' t have to drive home afterwards!

Our visit to Nosa Restaurant & Inn was one of the highlights of our visit to New Mexico! We spent two nights in the lovely Acoma suite and had two incredible meals in the restaurant prepared by Graham, who was the kindest and most accommodating host. The suite had everything we needed, and the bed was perfect. We especially enjoyed the working fireplace, which was a special treat. The peaceful landscape and close proximity to the nearby mineral springs was an added bonus. We will definitely book another visit if/when we return to New Mexico.

Beautiful atmosphere, sinfully delicious food, and romantic enough to propose at! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and Chef even came around to talk to each table. Highly recommend going with the wine pairing that is offered, it elevated all of the dishes in a way I’ve never experienced before.

Amazing! There is nothing here that should change. It is all perfect! The rooms, the staff, the food, and the atmosphere both inside and outside. All perfection! 😁

We went to Nosa on a beautiful early fall Sunday morning for lunch. We were a group of 7 and had the private room to ourselves. It’s such a beautiful setting. The food was delicious from appetizer to soup and salad to the main course of duck (prepared beautifully two ways) and a fabulous dessert. The wine choices were also wonderful. Service was friendly and accommodating. It was the perfect way to spend a Sunday. Can’t wait to come back in winter for dinner and overnight stay!

We did not stay at Nosa however I’m sure if we had it would’ve been perfect just like the experience of the meal. And it is an experience! What a wonderful surprise as I had planned out my partners birthday to a tee except for where to eat Saturday after checking into Ojo. Our friends from Santa Fe told us we had to go to Nosa and I am so grateful we did. Amazing cultivated courses, personable and attentive staff, beautiful surroundings, and an executive chef who is genuine and down to earth. 10/10 experience.

This is Michelin or James Beard worthy. The atmosphere and view are lovely. The service was excellent. The prefix menu was elegant yet familiar with a gorgeous wine pairing for each course. A must, we live hours away and can’t wait to go back.

Probably one of the best restaurants in New Mexico. We had an amazing meal and even spent the night in one of the rooms of the inn, since we live 2 hours away from the location. Accommodated a food allergy well (wait staff knew from the notes I sent beforehand when they approached table the very first time). Excellent wine selection, we did the pairing but will probably order from the wine options next time.
