Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Thanks for making me wait 10 minutes for 2 cold original doubles. Lot of people standing around looking confused. Could not even make an effort with microwave. Wife threw hers out, I was hungry or I would have too.

The hamburger and cheeseburger are just great, to be honest, neither McDonald's nor anything like it can compare, just try it and you'll understand! Great job, it's a shame that it's just a passing stop, but it's worth it🔥🔥🔥

Employee at drive thru window was not friendly. I placed a mobile order, waited about 25 minutes in the drive thru line. I finally arrive at the window, the employee opens the window, doesn't say anything and hands me my order. I drove off, got on i40 and opened my food box and gravy. The gravy looked like mashed potatoes. It was thick, clumpy & disgusting. My chicken strips were overcooked. I was disappointed but ate what i could and threw my gravy out. Im never getting food from this dairy queen location ever.

I'm honestly very impressed with the quality of food here.
I got a burger bowl (burger without a bun added ranch and extra lettuce) and was SO surprised that they didn't skimp on ingredients which tasted pretty fresh by the way, at least by fast food standards, and the patties were grilled to perfection.

I stopped in to reward myself with a Blizzard. I wanted a Butterfinger Blizzard with chocolate ice cream, but they only offer vanilla. I asked for some chocolate syrup added instead.

Opening time is 9:00 Am. I waited there 20 mins after 9:00 Am, still closed.
When I asked ladies doing chores around time is open saying 9Am, so she roughly replied 5 mins more, we running late. And slam that sliding door, while watching me. When the fault why they r rude??? U

First, the staff was very friendly and fast. Second, the food was fresh and delicious! Probably one of the best I've ever had at a Dairy Queen. Also, highly recommend the frozen hot chocolate shake... Soooo good!

Best burger in a year. The onion rings are nice and crisp. I would've taken pictures. My bad, the presentation looked too tasty!

Tell your employee to grow a pair of ears when working the drive thru.

The reviews here did not reflect my experience. Came in at 9am and the 2 young ladies were nice and friendly. Had my food in 10min. Good job.
