We were visiting the area from our of of town and decided to stop in for lunch. This restaurant has an amazing atmosphere that gives off Old West Saloon vibes. This place also appears to be very popular among locals even selling pantry staples such as fresh eggs!Overall the food was very good. We would highly recommend the Green Chile Stew and Red Chile Ground Beef Enchilada Casserole as they were both delicious! We would definitely suggest that you make Frankie’s a destination if you’re in the area!!

Don't let the exterior fool you. It's a good place to eat all the way around.

We stayed in Pecos for the holidays and wanted to try a local place. Frankie’s food was spot on. The portions are grande, delicious and authentic New Mexican. The staff were attentive and friendly. I’d definitely recommend making a spot here. They won’t disappoint.

Had an exceptional breakfast! Great pinon roasted coffee. It was a little chilly, and we loved the ambiance and heat from the wood stove.

Requested med.rare burger, came out well done like leather. Fries are extra, not included! The server did not make that clear.

Cool history for this place, ask or look around on the wall for some interesting things about it. Good food and service.

Really cool place! Not the kind you would expect in a small town like Pecos. Super cool building they are in. My guess would be early century, but no one was on staff that knew. Nice salad I had and the drinks were on the mark. Service was exceptional, especially since they were closing soon. Hope to return again.

This is a little gem, just off the interstate in Pecos. The building is absolutely charming. There were 4 of us for lunch. The men had green chile cheeseburgers, which they seemed to enjoy. I had the carnitas plate with red chile. Delicious meat, good red chile, but the star of my plate was the beans. I love Pinto beans, and theirs are perfect! The other diner had the green chile chicken casserole. She couldn't stop eating it, and bragged about it all the way to Cimarron. I only gave it 4 stars at first because the counter that you pay the bill at was kind of cluttered with boxes and such, it looked a little sloppy. But really, that's kind of silly because it's such a sweet place. So I gave it 5 stars.

I had the huevos rancheros. Everything was cooked well. The beans reminded me of my grandmother's and hers were the best. Good service, mycoffee cup was never empty. Loved the older building and decor. They sell fresh local eggs.

I stumbled across Frankie's after visiting the Pecos National Monument. I did not expect much but was blown away by this little gem. I had pork carnitas which by far were the best I have ever had. The meal had great texture and phenomenal seasoning unique to the chef. The building has 200 years of history, a great friendly staff and low prices. This is a must visit if you are in Sant Fe

Food was good, a little on the pricey side. Good service and welcoming atmosphere. Definitely a good stop in small town Pecos.
