I got food poisoning from this place, and the food had was bland, and how can I make a better burrito than someone from New Mexico.
It has been a long time since I’ve been treated so rudely and waited so long for sub par food! In a gas station no less. First I tried to call in my order and the phone was put down and I waited 5 minutes listening to conversations till I hung up. The lady at the cash register was completely out of it. I repeated my order several times and on top of that she was rude. Then after I paid for my order she tried to offer my order to someone else and was also rude about that.
This is a good place to get a burrito on the fly but don’t try anything too adventurous. I ordered the turkey Reuben and today I have diarrhea.

Best quick food in Pecos!
place is very dirty! food isn't edible, staff is rude, and everything is overpriced.. best to skip this stop
Great place for some takeout
Everytime I try to order they're closed they should at least update their hours to reflect that
Oh my goodness. We enjoy coming up to Pecos NM. Pancho's, at the Shell station, serves up some very tasty, fresh cooked, authentic New Mexican food. Service was pretty darn fast. I had the four chicken hard shell tacos with rice and beans. My husband had the spicy hot carne adovada plate. We both enjoyed our meals. Enough food for another meal each. It is takeout food only.

Stopped here before going fishing at Monastery lake. Cashier was friendly and funny! Burritos were good and large!

Signs on the wall brag about using pinto beans grown in NM. But the 20 pound bag of beans from Sam's Club on the middle of the dirty kitchen floor suggests otherwise. Nobody likes a liar.
Good breakfast burrito

The food tastes great and is affordably priced. The only bad thing I can say about Pancho's is it's in a small, cramped convenience store.
