Out of the way hidden gem! Excellent service and great food. Had the Spam breakfast, comes with bacon, eggs, potatoes, English muffin and tasty Spam! The Debbie's Scrabble with rye bread is also super yummy. Dog friendly porch. Definite recommend!
We had dinner here this week and enjoyed our meal. The dinner menu is simple with only a few entrees. We both chose the ribs which were moist and delicious. Sides are offered at an extra price. We had a side salad and roasted vegetables which we shared. The service was excellent, and the food came out surprisingly fast. This was our first time with the newish dinner menu although we've enjoyed breakfast and lunch on prior visits. The restaurant was spotless...
Great neighborhood cafe to get a bite to eat. My lunch favorite is the BLT, specifically with turkey bacon which comes extra crispy. Not sure if this is a normal lunch side, but I order the breakfast papitas to go with the BLT. Whether you live in Placitas, or are passing through, or spend time hiking the beautiful trails, consider the cafe for breakfast or lunch, and even dinner on some weekdays. They have live music on most evenings.
