We came again the day after Christmas and it was one bad thing after another.
Our butter ramekin had water in the bottom, 2 glasses of water tasted like soap, the bread was stale, the okra and dressing was bad, and as we were being sat, people were sending their food back. I want this place to be so much better considering it's the only place like this in Portales but they frequently disappoint whether it's service or the food.

All around a great place and love the food! I also do believe our waitress was new she said and she did great checking on us and making sure that we had everything! Sadly I didnt get her name to shout her out but she was AMAZING!
This time the food was great but our server Mahris only came to the table 4 times. Once to get our drinks, take our order, being food and the bill. That's it. I had to flag down another server as ours was in the back room our whole meal.
There is a male server we seen checking on his tables multiple...
