The Barbecue is amazing. We’ve been meaning to try the food for a while. I look forward to them opening the restaurant in Logan. Very courteous staff. We will definitely be returning.
The burgers are excellent, fresh cut fries a bit greasy but very tastey. It tasted like the Brisket gets its smokiness from liquid smoke. Pulled pork was bland. We only use bbq sauce when the meat needs flavor, we used a lot of sauce. The sauce is interesting, almost a Carolina style but not as tangy and very garlicky, we liked the sauce, did not like needing it for bbq flavor. Very good burgers, this is not really a bbq joint. But you can get a decent lunch while on the road. For some odd reason they are not a member of their local chamber of commerce. Something important to promote your community and business.

Service was great they even checked to make sure there was no soy in what I wanted. Food was delicious and to much for me to eat at one time, so left overs yay.

Hamburger patty thin to bun ratio. But it was good. Love the ciabatta bread. Fries were overcooked and soaking in grease. Ran out of drink.
