Crossroads Cafe Dining Hall

This place serves food that can barely be considered edible. I have seen on multiple occasions them serve raw or under cooked food. The recently have gone down a horrible path. In the past the offered wings at the regular price of entry and on September 3 2025 they decided that they should up charge for the same wings which they have had in the past. This is an outrageous idea as the charge as much for a meal plan and Eastern New Mexico University charges for tuition, yet the still decide to nickel and dime college student and the local community. They have also removed the option to have a burger cooked to your liking at the grill selection removing the only consistent option that they offer. They instead opted to have burgers pre-cooked and sit under a heat tray getting old and soggy. No longer allowing for someone to select their preferred cheese or no cheese for lactose intolerant folks. They also had an option for grilled chicken breast which many people would get for a healthy option. In this current semester they have on multiple occasions offered only pork or a fried food. Both of these can be eliminated from someone's diet for health, personal, or religion reasons. These decisions directly affect the health of the students. It is clear the leadership of this organisation does not care about the people they serve. It is a shameful host that is trying to exploit students. The worse part of this whole thing is that the leadership decide to invest in television to display what the are serving. This decision can be correlated with these behaviors but the quality was always bad but has gotten worse.
