Daylight Donuts is hands-down the best place for donuts! Thane and Sandy take great pride in what they do, and it shows in every bite. You can always count on fresh, delicious donuts and friendly service. I’m especially partial to the chocolate glazed bear claw—it’s my favorite! Portales is lucky to have such a great spot.

Great Donut shop. Met a friend there and I’m new to town. Looking forward to many more visits here with my son in the future. Great prices, great staff, great vibe and great location. I’m glad to have found a place to get doughnuts in Portales. I strongly recommend others checking this place out. Parking was simple to get into and it was easy to get out of. I'm from a very big city so I'm used to having a lot of donut options, but honestly these are hands down THE best donuts I've ever had. Their a bit pricier than a normal donut from Krispey Kreme or Dunkin Donuts but its worth it!
