I recently tried their taco plate, and unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing tacos I've ever had. Frankly, it seemed as though they had filled the taco with wet cat food before serving it to their customers. Needless to say, it was far from the quality of food that should be offered to people.

9/10/23Great food but not worth the almost two hour wait. We had plenty of tea and chips, but it took forever to get our food. The waitress gave us our drinks for free. WOW! Came close to leaving $5 and walking out. If you’re in a hurry don’t go there! First time to eat there so not sure the reason for the wait?
Got there at 12:20, and left at 2:20pm (For 2 adult entrees). The most unorganized and chaotic restaurant I’ve been to.3 tables that got there after us and got served before us. I’ve tried this restaurant 3xs and all 3xs there isn’t quality management and organization. I definitely do not recommend, for better food and overall service go to Leals.Why old folks love it? I’m betting it’s losing taste sensitivity. This food tasted reheated after waiting an hour.Only 3 good pros:Good margaritasGood dessertHonor the military

We called ahead to warn we were bring a party of 12. They jumped into action and had a table ready in short order. The food was awesome! The service was stellar.

We went on a busy Sunday at lunch, the service was quick, but they were either short staffed or not prepared for the customer load. They are one of the few restaurants open on Sunday in Portales, so they should have been. But, they were quick to get food out, and it was great as always!

Food was good. I can say that my enchilada plate was good but I did not enjoy getting an order that was missing items as well as my husbands burnt nachos.
