This used to be the best McDonalds probably in the state! It was fast, clean and your order was almost always right. Now it’s close to the opposite of all that. “Please pull forward” or “please pull to spot X” is now the normal. You pull to the spot to stop their timer, but you the customer, end up waiting usually a long time for your food. And almost every time something is wrong with it. And forget ordering on the app ahead of time. That’s doesn’t save you any time. I did that and still had a 20 minute wait for food, not the mention the 5 minute drive from my house to there. Please bring back the days of being quick and efficient without pulling forward.

Over the past 3-4 years the service and food has declined. The snowbergers used to hold high standards for their chain of McDonalds. Not the case any more. I just waited in a parking stall for 20 minutes for 2 #7 meals just to finally get my food cold and each 10piece chicken meal missing 2 nuggets per meal which would In turn create a 4 piece nugget. Super slow service, loses or misses online order is not even willing to look at the receipt you have from your email or the app. They were so rude rolling their eyes and being so disrespectful. Didn’t even get the order right! It’s sad when the bigger cities can get the orders right and are friendly as well as have good timing! This mc Donald’s is crap and has gone down hill in every area! The inside looks nice and is clean but that’s about the only good thing I have to say about it!! For another order I had they never ever get it out through the drive through on a timely manner. For one meal sent me to a parking spot where I waited another 20 minutes after sitting in the drive through as well.
