What is the point of a drive thru if you sit and wait for 10 minutes before you decide to get down to get your food that was sitting in a heating box for no other reason than people loitering at the drive thru window? They told me my pizzas were just boxed up but we're dry. Even the sauce was dry like it was made hours ago and sat in the heat box till someone ordered the same kind.

They screwed up the order and re-did 2 boxes of pizza orders for free AND still gave us the other 2 messed up ones to us to still take home. We had to wait addt'l 10-15 mins on top of already been waiting 20 mins for our take-out order So with them keeping their promise & corrected their mistake... it's now back to 5-Star rating.
