They screwed up the order and re-did 2 boxes of pizza orders for free AND still gave us the other 2 messed up ones to us to still take home. We had to wait addt'l 10-15 mins on top of already been waiting 20 mins for our take-out order So with them keeping their promise & corrected their mistake... it's now back to 5-Star rating.

This place is just going down hill the last 3 times I’ve ordered the pizza is either burnt missing toppings or looks like it was dropped out of the oven, staff is completely incompetent don’t order here.

Order over phone. Even had them repeat my order. Got home and had a pan pizza drowned in sauce with hardly any toppings. Called to complain took them 20 minutes to answer. A new pizza was made but when I picked it up (given the wait time they said) pizza was cold. DISGUSTING FOR THE

Pizza was good. My only problem was that there was something messed up with their phones and my local call kept getting forwarded to some central answering service that totally could not figure out where Portales was. I ended up just driving to their location and placing the order in person. Think it was the manager that tool my order. She was friendly

Stopped in for the buffet and it was excellent. Hot and fresh. Our server Avah was very attentive and accommodating, she's simply amazing!! I wish Pizza Hut would bring back the buffet nationwide!!

It was a to-go order. The girl at the window was really nice, the pizza was cooked perfect.
If you order from here and they mess up your order and can't make it back to get your order remade, they only credit you less than what you paid. It's not that I do t want to come back, it's that I can't see a point in driving back when we are already home.But I guess I'll take some credit vs nothing.

Well, our waiter asked what we wanted to drink before we even sat down at our table. Then our table was too close to another table where people were already sitting so we had to move it. Then my cup had a crack in it and my drink was leaking everywhere so asked for a new Cup and she gave me a new one with new dr pepper and the Dr pepper tasted nasty cause it ran out of carbonation. Then our waiter got our order of wings wrong. We asked for 16 mild chicken traditional wings, and she gave us bonless chicken wings.. she forgot to tell us that the traditional wings only come with 12. So instead she gave us something we didn't ask for but it was fine. We ate it. I believe at the end she gave us a discount.

The delivery guy was great. We waited an extra 30 minutes from our ETA for our delivery because they made my pizza with cheese when it said no cheese. Then they made a 2nd one and gave us the original as an I’m sorry pizza. It literally looks like they pulled the cheese off and then re-added the toppings. I am lactose intolerant so hopefully I don’t get sick. Worst order ever!!

I Placed the order through the app and an add on was not available on the app in which I submitted the order and called the location to ask to add cheddar cheese to my pasta and the Rep on the phone said they don't do add ons to pastas that if I wanted to customize my pasta I need to order from Domino's. I said I am willing to pay for the add on as I do not see it being an issue. She said again Pizza Hut does not do that and again referred me to Domino's. I said to just cancel my order and have not attempted to place an order from that location again. Need to work on customer service.
