Pizza crust wasnt done, basically no sauce on pizza, some of the worst pizza ive had. Papa Murphys is only pizza I'll buy from now on. So disappointing

Well, our waiter asked what we wanted to drink before we even sat down at our table. Then our table was too close to another table where people were already sitting so we had to move it. Then my cup had a crack in it and my drink was leaking everywhere so asked for a new Cup and she gave me a new one with new dr pepper and the Dr pepper tasted nasty cause it ran out of carbonation. Then our waiter got our order of wings wrong. We asked for 16 mild chicken traditional wings, and she gave us bonless chicken wings.. she forgot to tell us that the traditional wings only come with 12. So instead she gave us something we didn't ask for but it was fine. We ate it. I believe at the end she gave us a discount.

The delivery guy was great. We waited an extra 30 minutes from our ETA for our delivery because they made my pizza with cheese when it said no cheese. Then they made a 2nd one and gave us the original as an I’m sorry pizza. It literally looks like they pulled the cheese off and then re-added the toppings. I am lactose intolerant so hopefully I don’t get sick. Worst order ever!!

I Placed the order through the app and an add on was not available on the app in which I submitted the order and called the location to ask to add cheddar cheese to my pasta and the Rep on the phone said they don't do add ons to pastas that if I wanted to customize my pasta I need to order from Domino's. I said I am willing to pay for the add on as I do not see it being an issue. She said again Pizza Hut does not do that and again referred me to Domino's. I said to just cancel my order and have not attempted to place an order from that location again. Need to work on customer service.

Service sucked have to get up and go ask for refills. Had to ask for plates when he brought out our food. The waiter needs to learn to pay attention to the customers.

Had issue as kid who took our order forgot to put our order in and we were the only customers in cafe at the moment, however Austin Lock the mgr more than made it right and bailee great waitress was fantastic taking care of us . Was our 1st time being there and will return just because austin handled it correctly, and bailee was really good. Thanks again

Pan pizza is my favorite! The $5 power meals are perfect for your little! Or even a quickish lunch while at work for 5 bucks !! & you get a drink .. can’t beat that.
If the address isn't in their system...no delivery. Even if it's 3 miles away.

Shame on you pizza hut corporation for going to an "answering service." It takes a ridiculous amount of time to order, answer, and repeat the information... Also, sometimes you don't need to order, you just need to speak to the manager of a store. Bad decision!

I placed an order on line. Waited 20 minutes , then came to Pizza Hut, just to sit 20 more minutes. That's what ordering on line is for, skipping the long wait period.
