“While driving through Portales, we found ourselves at Sweetwaters at Landalls grabbing some goodies. It was our first time visiting this establishment…AND for the future, it definitely will NOT be our last time!! We had such a fun time meeting Landall, Monique, and other members of their team. Everyone was so nice, personable, gave great menu recommendations, explained the history of the restaurant, and overall made our short stop there such a wonderful and memorable experience!!! The Huckleberry ice cream is AMAZING and we had the very kind opportunity to try the Legacy Sandwich and Tomato soup. FRIENDS!!!! This is what sweet dreams are made of…goodies from Sweetwaters!!! Highly recommend stopping at this wonderful restaurant - whether it’s for a sit-down meal or just stopping by to take it ‘to go’ - you won’t be disappointed in the delicious food, the fun stories, or the thought-provoking signs!!!💙“
