I recently visited Simon's Pizza in Portales, NM, and I have mixed feelings about the experience. While I was willing to give it a try, I was disappointed with the prices, especially considering we only ordered a small and medium pizza. The cost seemed a bit steep for what we received.
We arrived on time to pick up our order, and the food was ready in about 20 minutes, which was a positive. The small pizza was just as we ordered, but unfortunately, it was quite greasy, which was a bit off-putting. The medium pizza, which we had customized with pepperoni, jalapeños, and pineapple, was missing both the jalapeños and pineapple—two toppings we paid extra for.
This was a letdown, and I highly recommend Simon's Pizza double-checks orders before they are picked up to ensure accuracy. Overall, while the pizza wasn’t terrible, the lack of attention to detail and high prices made it less than

Y’all’s food is amazing. But you never have enough help The girls are so sweet that work there but they can’t keep up. So I haven’t been back for 6 months and today thought I would give a try again. No one answered. Help is probably too busy 😳😟😮🥲

The sandwich was nasty and soggy, literally inedible. The boneless wings - $10 for 5 of them - also soggy and inedible. I paid $50 for this trash.

good pizza and decent service. however, got the completely wrong toppings. employees should verify with customer before placing order. disappointed to say the least. if you are going to charge $26 for a pizza, get the toppings correct.

Friendly Staff which is always nice.. But the pizza is awesome... We have been getting Dominoes on a regular basis here in Portales and dont get me wrong, Dominoes is good.. but Simple Simons Set a new standard...
Good food and service, but that girl needs help. Everytime I have gone in it was one single person doing EVERYTHING. Cashier, cook, phones, drive-thru. Makes me feel guilty and I will only go in if it's dead now. I looked up what they pay. Not enough to run a restaurant on your own while lining someone else's pockets.

Pizza was great however, 10 dollars for just four measly wings is a ridiculous price. The online order doesn’t even say how many wings you get just small, medium, or large. For that price I would expect at least 6 wings.
