Had to place two orders bc they didn't get it right the first time. Placed order for 5 piece crispy chicken combo, 2 supersonic bacon cheeseburger combos supersonic cheeseburger combo
I don't know what the hell they served instead of the crispy chicken but they were flat overcooked and rubbery. The burgers we're swimming in mayonnaise causing the bun to be a mushy mess.. Can't taste anything other than the salt from the tater tots.. WASTED $60 for a meal that ultimately the dog ate..except the wannabe chicken strips the DOG EVEN REFUSED TO EAT.
GUESS THEY FIGURED WE'D BE DISTRACTED BY THE NEW BUILDING AND WOULDNT NOTICE THE CRAPPY FOOD Once WE GOT HOME. IF I DODNT LIVE 10 MILES AWAY I WOULD HAVE TAKEN IT BACK AND DEMANDED A REFUND.

Honestly I love sonic I spend a lot of money at sonic but since they have moved and gotten a new building their drinks taste awful or just simply don’t taste like anything at all. Starting to think I’m just going to spend my money else where because it’s just getting ridiculous at this point.

Was hoping that with a new building the service wouldn’t take nearly as long. I was very wrong. I waited 10 minutes for an order only to find out they hadn’t even received it yet in their system. Then it took another 10 for them to tell me it was still in the kitchen. The service is awful, the restaurant is still slow. Worst sonic I’ve ever been to.

Awful services for a band new location and building. Just went through the drive through after tasting our drinks we told them they are extremely watered down and the drinks don’t even look right. Mind you I’ve worked at sonic before so I know what they’re suppose to look like. (Dr. Pepper is suppose to be dark not light). After letting the drive thru personal know they made them again and again they handed us back basically the same thing. They said they were fine. Tried calling the manager and phone number is magically busy for the next hour. Ridiculous.

Red Rock

Good food, great service, and soon to be located across the street in a brand new building with a dedicated drive thru. The app was not working properly. We tried it on multiple phones with different providers, so we did it the old-fashioned way, drove up, and ordered. The only drawback is that the specials online are not available in person?. I'm sure they will sort this out soon. Altogether, it is an enjoyable experience and we left with full bellies?.

Portales location has gone downhill and quick. Tonight, we placed an order ahead of time that included some sundaes for our kids. Approximately 15 minutes later, an employee came out with our order and to tell us that the machine was broken, wasn't a big deal, but I asked her if we could just have strawberry shakes instead. Fast forward 45 minutes later, still no shakes and we could see the employees through the window and orders that were placed after ours were coming and going. I pressed the red button again to ask if we could get the shakes that we had asked for and it was like nobody knew what I was talking about. Fast forward another 10 minutes or so and we got our shakes....which at that point weren't even shakes anymore. They were basically cups of strawberry milk.
