Be careful if you're in Arkansas I went to the Sonic and it seems they was working with the police to try to trap me and a friend of mine to getting pulled over the police was stalking us and I've seen him come back and talk to the employees that was working at the Sonic and all of a sudden when we get ready to leave he was waiting down the street for us I pulled over and he went down the street and was watching us from afar like we can see him so be careful if you go here

Ok, the service rating on this is low, because the person who took our order was horrendous. Not polite at all. Didn't get the order correct. The only saving grace was the carhop, she was awesome unfortunately I didn't get her name. Do better Sonic.

I was disappointed in my lone visit to Sonic. I was surprised at the prices and the low quality of the food. Are carhop was friendly and I would say the one positive about the whole experience but the service was slow and I left having spent over $30 for two meals. Yikes! I won’t be back.

Travellers beware this isn't sonic it's rock bottom sonic drinks suck food sucks and even ordering in the app you wait 20 to 30 minutes for disappointment. Move back across the street.

I’m tired of every time I come here the food is not done right. They have plenty of people in there they just don’t care. The tots are old or cold and the fries are the same way. The drinks have no flavor majority of the time. You guys wonder why your losing money is because the food is no longer good anymore. Ever since they moved across the street the food has not been the same and it sucks. From now on if I want sonic I will make the drive to Clovis. Also you have to wait 30 minutes to an hour for your food as well even if you order on the app
Had to place two orders bc they didn't get it right the first time. Placed order for 5 piece crispy chicken combo, 2 supersonic bacon cheeseburger combos supersonic cheeseburger combo I don't know what the hell they served instead of the crispy chicken but they were flat overcooked and rubbery. The burgers we're swimming in mayonnaise causing the bun to be a mushy mess.. Can't taste anything other than the salt from the tater tots.. WASTED $60 for a meal that ultimately the dog ate..except the wannabe chicken strips the DOG EVEN REFUSED TO EAT. GUESS THEY FIGURED WE'D BE DISTRACTED BY THE NEW BUILDING AND WOULDNT NOTICE THE CRAPPY FOOD Once WE GOT HOME. IF I DODNT LIVE 10 MILES AWAY I WOULD HAVE TAKEN IT BACK AND DEMANDED A REFUND. DISGUSTING.

Was hoping that with a new building the service wouldn’t take nearly as long. I was very wrong. I waited 10 minutes for an order only to find out they hadn’t even received it yet in their system. Then it took another 10 for them to tell me it was still in the kitchen. The service is awful, the restaurant is still slow. Worst sonic I’ve ever been to.

Awful services for a band new location and building. Just went through the drive through after tasting our drinks we told them they are extremely watered down and the drinks don’t even look right. Mind you I’ve worked at sonic before so I know what they’re suppose to look like. (Dr. Pepper is suppose to be dark not light). After letting the drive thru personal know they made them again and again they handed us back basically the same thing. They said they were fine. Tried calling the manager and phone number is magically busy for the next hour. Ridiculous.
