I’ve had issues every time I’ve ordered from this Taco Bell, I ordered online tonight and during pick up was informed it would be just a minute because they had “messed up” my order and was fixing it. I got it home and I ordered 2 burritos with no sour cream or chipotle sauce and both of them were loaded with both sauces even though I was told it had been fixed. Last time I ordered a chicken taco and some loaded cheesy potatoes and they put 4 pieces of chicken in my taco and half a scoop of cheese on my potatoes. All I have to say is come on Taco Bell do better! I would not recommend this one, you’re better off driving to Clovis.

A gentlemen working in the drive through was getting my order, he left and another gentlemen came. I repeated what I wanted. If you want your food slammed when it’s ready and half of your nacho cheese for the $7 Luxe Cravings Box then eat here. We felt unwelcome. Visited on 12/16/2024 and this will be my last time!

Instead of receiving what I ordered which was 2 cheese quesadillas and 2 black bean tacos and 2 potato tacos with two orders of cinnamon twist I recieved one box with three broken potatoes tacos that was all.

Came and spent $50 on food asked for no sour cream items still have sour cream on them call the store when I got home they told me to bring the items back up there and they would remake it only half of the items were in the bag when I got back to the car went back inside and they were arguing saying everything that was in the bag was remade so I paid double because I only got half my food very poor experience

I hate sour cream so much it's unreal. Taco Bell has a lot of sour cream on its menu. Last time I asked for no sour cream, the gentleman taking orders asked if I also didn't want ranch. I appreciate the thoughtfulness expressed here. I'm not allergic to dairy products, I just hate sour cream. But if someone had been allergic to dairy products, they would have known about the ranch. Thank you very much.

I went though the drive -thur hoping to get a quick bite and it still took them twenty minutes to compete my ordee. There was only one car in front of me. I really didnt expect much but the toppings were just tossed on the shell with sour cream on one side and ground beef on the other. I basicly had to rebuild all three tacos. I am never going back there.

I just went through the drive through and was helped by a worker who’s name I believe was Deserae (I apologize if I butchered that spelling). It sounded like they were having a busy and chaotic day and in the midst of it she was still so pleasant and spared time to show me kindness when she could have so easily given into the stress and been rude. I hope your day got better and thank you for the great service!
