Taco Bell has always been a favorite of mine since I was a kid. It wasn't until recently that I've become upset with the food from here. For the past month in a half anytime ne or my roomates go, the food is always burnt. Every single time without fail. The taste of burnt tortilla is something that lingers. I've become extremely disappointed with the food I've been receiving.

Every one of my experiences here has been great. Friendly from the moment they took my order to the moment I got my food. The orders were correct every time. The food is great. I love the late night hours. Only positive things to say about this place.

I’ve had issues every time I’ve ordered from this Taco Bell, I ordered online tonight and during pick up was informed it would be just a minute because they had “messed up” my order and was fixing it. I got it home and I ordered 2 burritos with no sour cream or chipotle sauce and both of them were loaded with both sauces even though I was told it had been fixed. Last time I ordered a chicken taco and some loaded cheesy potatoes and they put 4 pieces of chicken in my taco and half a scoop of cheese on my potatoes. All I have to say is come on Taco Bell do better! I would not recommend this one, you’re better off driving to Clovis.

A gentlemen working in the drive through was getting my order, he left and another gentlemen came. I repeated what I wanted. If you want your food slammed when it’s ready and half of your nacho cheese for the $7 Luxe Cravings Box then eat here. We felt unwelcome. Visited on 12/16/2024 and this will be my last time!

Instead of receiving what I ordered which was 2 cheese quesadillas and 2 black bean tacos and 2 potato tacos with two orders of cinnamon twist I recieved one box with three broken potatoes tacos that was all.

Came and spent $50 on food asked for no sour cream items still have sour cream on them call the store when I got home they told me to bring the items back up there and they would remake it only half of the items were in the bag when I got back to the car went back inside and they were arguing saying everything that was in the bag was remade so I paid double because I only got half my food very poor experience

I hate sour cream so much it's unreal. Taco Bell has a lot of sour cream on its menu. Last time I asked for no sour cream, the gentleman taking orders asked if I also didn't want ranch. I appreciate the thoughtfulness expressed here. I'm not allergic to dairy products, I just hate sour cream. But if someone had been allergic to dairy products, they would have known about the ranch. Thank you very much.
