Service is fantastic from the staff, however there are 2 large problems I have with tacobox.
First is that the quality of food is relatively inconsistent, sometimes the food is hot and fresh while other times I feel like I was given an old RCPB from the night before. There have been a number of times where I order a burger and either the bun is hard as a rock, the burger is stacked sloppy, or the buns are soggy and spongey with grease.
Secondly, I would ask that one particular person not work the drive-thru speaker, as I have heard this individual curse at the customers in line in the drive thru. I know he probably had a rough day, but at least make sure the mic is off before saying stuff.
Now don't get me wrong, I still go to tacobox, I love the teas and burgers, but it's really disappointing when you get home from a TB Tea and burger run and your burger is inconsistent with the usual tacobox quality.

Love this place, I use to deliver gas here years ago, now it's an excellent Taco stop, love the food, it's fresh and hot , the place is clean and the staff is very friendly.
Everything lacked flavor and was bland - I don’t think they use salt period! We were highly disappointed in the hot sauces. The service was okay until I decided to get a tea refill and order some queso (to add some flavor to my tacos and tots) The cashier refilled my tea and two customers walked in behind me and as she handed me my tea she said “Let me help them and then I’ll get your queso!” My food was already on the table I was not about to sit and let it get cold while she helped the locals!
