While driving through Portales, we found ourselves at Sweetwaters at Landalls grabbing some goodies. It was our first time visiting this establishment…AND for the future, it definitely will NOT be our last time!! We had such a fun time meeting Landall, Monique, and other members of their team. Everyone was so nice, personable, gave great menu recommendations, explained the history of the restaurant, and overall made our short stop there such a wonderful and memorable experience!!! The Huckleberry ice cream is AMAZING and we had the very kind opportunity to try the Legacy Sandwich and Tomato soup. FRIENDS!!!! This is what sweet dreams are made of…goodies from Sweetwaters!!! Highly recommend stopping at this wonderful restaurant - whether it’s for a sit-down meal or just stopping by to take it ‘to go’ - you won’t be disappointed in the delicious food, the fun stories, or the thought-provoking signs!!!💙

I stop there everyday after work. Usually get a medium blue raspberry shaved ice but sometimes I get something different always friendly people good customer service best place in town to get a snow cone it's also one of my family's favorite spots my kids and wife also enjoy the snow cones wouldn't go anywhere else thank you for being part of our community and always having a smile on your face and also they play good music

This is the first year I've been here, and they always have friendly service and good flavors to choose from! I'm not looking forward to when they close for the season when it cools off too much. I'm hoping this place is open every year! I recommend trying one of the smoothies and one of their freshly cut fruit cups!

The sno is so pleasant to eat, unlike other snow cones that have you eating ice chuncks. They use generous flavoring as well.

Great service and great whey smoothies!I'm just saying, it's 10 am and I really want one but can't get one.That is the ONLY thing I am bummed about, the hours.
