“You have to go out of your way to dine at Tia'S but it is well worth it. It reminds you of what Diners, Drive ins and Dives should be about: great food, friendly and kind service and a clean restaurant with nice patrons. Had a tortilla burger with a lot of fries and green chili sauce which was delicious. Applebees quesadilla burger should be this good. My wife had the stuffed sopapilla with ground beef and beans inside covered with cheese and green chili and had rice on the side. The waitress was asked whether to have the red, green or Xmas chili. She said she had tried the green that morning and that it was excellent. She was right. Asked for a Sopapilla and honey for dessert and it was delicious, not too greasy. Prices are very reasonable and much less than similar items at restaurants in Taos. Cute little interior and people who appreciate your business rather than just tolerating it like too many restaurants.“
