Totally love La Tinaja. I have been going there for 2 years and have had them cater all the meals at the retreats I organize there. They are super intelligent and health conscious. Imagine Gluten Free Fry Bread? Organic grass fed meats, Cordon Bleu trained chefs and much much more. More importantly, the vibe and the love is fantastic. Such a breath of fresh air.
