After trying every restaurant in town looking for great food especially breakfast this is it. Skip the local places and go here. Made fresh with a variety mexican food items on the menu. Not really a restaurant setting, but I was looking great food not atmosphere.

Breakfast burrito hit the spot!!!! As a vegetarian, it is so hard to find good, healthy food on the road. The vegetarian burrito at Alfonso's was perfect. You can also self serve on salsa.

We ate here based off the positive reviews but save yourself the time and go somewhere else. The place was dirty… yes it’s a gas station but come on. Spray a little multipurpose cleaner once in a while. Honestly, we could have handled the cleanliness situation if the food tasted as good as the prior reviews said it did. Sad news.. it’s was disgusting. Just go somewhere. We left and ate Pringles.
Made to order, fresh, great tortillas and burritos are large with a lot of meat. Great value.

My favorite is the beef Supreme, that is shredded beef,,, can't even find something this yummy in Taos. You get a lot of bang for your buck!
I also love 😍 their fish tacos 🌮 and homemade Hibiscus 🌺 tea!! Coming from a girl from Seattle, WA, where the food is incredible & the bar is set high!
Don't forget to grab some fresh oregano carrot & cucumbers to cleanse your palate.
