Breakfast burrito hit the spot!!!! As a vegetarian, it is so hard to find good, healthy food on the road. The vegetarian burrito at Alfonso's was perfect. You can also self serve on salsa.

My favorite is the beef Supreme, that is shredded beef,,, can't even find something this yummy in Taos. You get a lot of bang for your buck!

My wife and I love visiting NM (from TX) and eating the green chile plates. We were blown away by the rich flavor, hot homemade flour tortillas, and friendly staff. We were not expecting that - they’re also a gas station, you know. Don’t let that modest atmosphere and paper plates and plastic fork make you look elsewhere. You will love this food!
