This store is great, but only if you go during the day. I live just up the road from the travel center this arbys is apart of and go there every since they opened. The people during the day are friendly and kind but at night, the people in the back are either fed up with something and not caring anymore or need to learn to cook again. The food is always dry, the woman who works the front at night is very rude especially towards my autistic friend. During the day, everyone deserves a raise, they are all amazing but night time, the people in back i can't point out but the woman in the front is the main issue.

I tried the Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich today. They cooked it fresh, but the chicken breast was more like a chicken cutlet. Very thin and over cooked, almost burned. There was more breading than there was chicken. It was not worth $7.59. I think I'll stick to the roast beef sandwiches, it's hard to burn their roast beef 😁

Stopped on the way through, pulled up to the drive thru order board to see 3 of the employees outside the back door (10 feet from the menu) smoking weed.
Like I realize its legal and all, but the rank stench of weed isn't exactly a great impression for a restaurant.

I just loves me some smokehouse brisket sandwich!! It's been a while since I ordered anything else. I'm glad they offer crinkle fries because I always felt like the curly fries aren't a good match with their ketchup. Service and decor are standard Arby's, which is good enough for ne.
