This was the dirtiest Arby's we've ever visited. The staff was friendly enough, but clearly more interested in visiting in the kitchen than occasionally running a washcloth over the tables or getting food off the floor. Also there was a single-use only (for social distancing) sign on what was clearly a one-toilet, no stalls, single-use bathroom, which was just dumb.

Service was adequate yet perfunctory. The food was actually pretty good. It's a little hard to find anything convenient right off the highway in Raton. I would say you're fairly safe with this one.

Ordered a brisket sandwich was delicious. We ate inside the place was pretty clean. Ate at a clean table witch is rare these days so I was happy about that. Friendly staff.Parking: Good amount of parking space

Totally ignored by three employees while standing at order desk for TEN MINUTES!! No other customers in the place!! I'd give a negative number if it was possible!! Give this Arby's A BIG PASS!!

I have always really enjoyed Arby's. Lately though the beef and cheddars have had way too thick cut of meat on them and, this last time, the meat was not fresh and was actually dark and hard in most of it. I'm almost to the point of never going back.

We went through the drive thruOur order was prepared as ordered and everything was correct! It’s sad that at many places this seems to be hard to Complete! Not for This Arby’s!! Whoever took our order was friendly and courteous. Whoever wrapped the order did so correctly mine were without red ranch had a special sticker to alleviate figuring out whose was what! The person who took our money and change was also friendly and thorough so yes 10 out of 10 would try again someday if I’m back this way!
