Fine pizza: excellent crust with a variety of standard/nonstandard topping choices. The cranberry salad was good, too. I hope Bruno's can survive in a town that appears to be in serious decline.
As someone that splits time between Denver and Raton, it can be hard to find good, consistent, and fresh food in rural areas like Raton. Bruno's is the exception here. They do an amazing job with their pizza, wings, salads, and beer list. In my opinion, they are arguably the best restaurant in Raton, and I know many in the area feel the same. I really appreciate that they purchase locally grown greens, have a staff that's consistent and friendly, and maintain consistent...
Service here was fast and friendly. Pizza crust was fantastic, and they happily accommodated our request for easy cheese. Decent craft beer offerings. I would eat here again the next time passing through Raton. ??
