It was good. As expected, omelette was good and cheesy as we requested, plenty of ham and bacon as well. Megan provided good service was attentive without being overly so, provided refills with speed and grace. The music was a little loud for my taste, but we were somewhat close to a speaker.

I ordered a lumberjack slam with no ham and received a child’s size portion of hash browns and no bacon or sausage???? Also the pancakes were not cooked all the way. Dirty restaurant run by kids that have no customer service skills. The manager needs a wake up call ? horrible experience.

So we are traveling to California and we stopped in to your location in Raton and the host asked the cook if he was able to cook anything, like it was an option and not his job, he stated he wasn't going to rush himself so no he wouldn't be cooking, I just had oral surgery so can only eat things like mashed potatoes or eggs, this person didn't even asked what we may be ordering, 24/7 means 24/7 not well I don't feel like it right now. This was appalling behavior, and then when we went to leave the establishment the cook ended up walking outside to his vehicle I'm sure to smoke or whatever, breaks are fine, but he didn't even offer to make food after a break if that is what he was doing. We would have understood, stayed, ordered food and spent money in your establishment, unfortunately now I will never go to that Denny's, hopefully Santa Fe treats it's customers better!!!The cook should be fired or reprimanded, he has a job.I did also use the restroom facility which was clean so that was nice, also my husband said the coffee he got did taste good, the host helped as much as he possibly could.
