It was late last night and the only thing open when we were returning to our hotel was McDonald’s. I ordered a double cheeseburger with extra pickles. I received a single patty with not even one single pickle, smushed at the bottom of the bag, and oozing way too much ketchup I had to wipe it off. This morning on our way out of town we got breakfast. We ordered ahead and still had to wait almost 20 mins. By the time we got our food I open my SAUSAGE McMuffin to find there is in fact NO sausage, only egg and cheese on a burnt hard English muffin.

I ordered a filet of fish sandwich. It was about 7:00 PM in the evening. My fish fillet I would estimate had been cooked approximately 4 to 5 hours previously. I ate 2 bites and threw it in the trash. I went to the counter just to inform them of the poor quality. I could visibly see 9 employees. Two were checking the cell phones. No one acknowledged me, so I left.

My husband and I stopped in and the entire place was dirty. No clean tables, floors covered in food and trash, bathrooms were terrible. Order was wrong and had to take it back as I ordered green chili and did not have any on my burger. Sad place, I will never go again.

Dining area was very dirty, had to have the manager come wipe our table down. Order became ready and no number was called for me to get my food and nobody brought it to my table. Fries were cold and disgusting. Boyfriend had changes made to his burgers when ordered and had to go and exchange them both.
