Just stopped in quickly as I was traveling back home from Colorado to New Mexico. They got my order wrong but they made it right immediately. Very friendly employees. Oh and the Sprite dispenser sticks so my hand got a shower. Over all it was a good experience. Sometimes things happen and you just have to roll with it and praise the Lord anyway.

We stopped here while staying in Raton. There aren’t many options for dining and we thought it would be quick and we’d know what to expect. Boy, were we wrong! Our order was missing 5 out of the 11 items. This meant two people had no food and we had to break up the rest of the order. The bag was sealed so we didn’t think to check it. That’s our fault, we should’ve checked. The food we did get was awful! 3 chicken sandwiches that were rock hard you couldn’t even bite into them. The chicken strips varied- some were burt to a crisp while others were raw and the sauces we picked weren’t even the correct selections. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The dining area was a mess and the trash cans were all overflowing. The staff was not friendly and could definitely use a customer service course! It wasn’t even that busy at 8pm, so there is no reason we should have been missing food, the restaurant wasn’t being cleaned, and the food could have been fresh. This place is not worth the headache! We ended up throwing everything away for fear of getting sick!

I would highly recommend to AVOID this location. I waited in the drive thru line for over one hour. My order was wrong when I finally received my food. The fries were cold and stale tasting. The hamburger wasn’t even warm. I asked for fresh fries and was still given COLD fries. I was traveling through the state and this seemed to be the fastest most affordable thing to choose to eat and at this point I should’ve just stayed hungry because I didn’t eat any of this food anyway. Complete waste of my money and my time.

I travel a lot throughout Texas and Colorado, New Mexico and by far this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever stopped at. The night manager was rude way way long to take our order. They were all on their cell phone the night staff they have plenty of personnel but absolutely horrible. I regret it ever stopping at this McDonald’s. The restrooms were dirty stinky and the personnel here just didn’t care about customer service speed of service. They were laughing on the phones and we were waiting and waiting for such a long time with a newborn baby. Just got out of the hospital and driving home and I have always had great experiences with McDonald’s but this is by far the worst, shame on the franchise franchise owner of this location. McDonald should pull the name from this owner. Do yourself a favor and find you somewhere else. A gas station with snack food would be better than this.

Terrific service this morning from the kind woman at the counter. The place seems to have been cleaned up considerably since I was last there. Food was decent, coffee was excellent.
