From the outside, this Subway doesn't look great. However, once inside you are greeted with friendly staff and a clean restaurant. The bread and the vegetables were fresh. This location made one of the best Subway sandwiches I have had in a long time. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I noticed some comments stated that they were unable to get refills. However, we were able to refill our cup without issue. I will definitely visit again when travelling through Raton.

Ordered a Veggie Delight with everything and the server really packed it all in there. Parking lot is a bit rough, but the interior and service is excellent.

The food was okay, its subway. The manager claims to have a virus going around and yet, does not wear gloves with handling your food, be only seen her wash her hands once through the process after touching everything. I had asked for avocado in my sandwich for three times and then asked me if I wanted any, otherwise, eh….The bathroom requires a code and isn’t clean..

I usually enjoy Subway sandwiches, but the Fit Seasoned Steak and Avocado was disappointing. There was a lot of meat; however, there was no seasoning. The sandwich was toasted but the meat was still cold.

The sandwich bread tasted stale. We ordered online and didn't get a chance to try it until after we left.
They also forgot to give me chips that came with the order.

The food here is disgusting but the soda machine actually isn't that bad. Too bad I haven't gone here in months as a local because the manager would rather restrict your refills than raise the price by 10 cents

Terrible in basically every way. Bread is always stale. Ingredients are light. The worst part of it is that now they won't let you get a refill on their incredibly overpriced drinks. The manager was yelling at people about it. If you have the machine in the front, then you have free refills. No other fast food place or subway has ever done what these people are doing...and they are lying about their reasons. This place does not deserve a single star.
