Horrible place! If you are white, you can go in and have a fab experience. But if you are a person of color, keep driving! I would give this place negative stars if I could! My whole experience here was horrible! I have lived in the United States for 15 years now and have never encountered such a racist person! The manager, a lady, was super condescending and acted like she thought I had never ordered at a Subway before! She had the gall to tell me she added cheese when she didn't, and over toasted my sandwich! When I asked to check for the cheese, another employee said there was cheese in there and quickly covered it up with my other toppings and packed the sandwich up. (There was no cheese!) I initially thought that she just had a not too pleasant manner, but then she was oh so sweet to a white man behind me, asking him how his day was and talking to him nineteen to the dozen, burning my bread in the process. As if all of this was not enough, the guy at the checkout counter for some reason thought we were thieves. He was checking out four sandwiches for my family, and was placing them haphazard on the counter and so my husband picked up two of the sandwiches and tried to give them to me to hold while he got out his purse to pay and the guy had the nerve to say that we need to pay for them before picking them up! I mean! Come on! Do you seriously think I'm going to grab it and run??? Subway should be more careful who they hire! It's going to be a long time before I go back to Subway, which is a shame because my daughter loves the place! I see that there are plenty of people who have had similar experiences at this place. If Subway doesn't do something about it, then I guess the whole chain does not care if they come across as racist!
I rarely ever leave a bad review for a place, but this one I couldn't help!

I ordered off the app and I waited almost and hour and a half and never once got a notification about it. So I went to go pick up my food, and all employees were in the back and I had to call out to get my food. And the employee who came out gave me a nasty look the whole time and had an attitude when I didnt give one. I came in smiling and left pissed off...

Two of the three workers were very rude and racist towards me and the group of people I came with. One worker in specific, a white old lady, was in fact was talking down to all of us but was kind and courteous to the one white customer who was also in line. Furthermore, the bread was stale and overly toasted which she stated bluntly instead of apologizing or offering an alternative. Overall the entire experience was very hostile and I will never ever visit again.

Employees would not let our family use the bathrooms and it was only 7:30PM. We have little kids and on a road trip. No signs posted about dining and bathrooms being “closed at 7PM.” We were paying customers and spent almost $70.

Employees were very rude. Even though having birthday rewards, she didn’t apply saying it’s not showing on her computer. Also we asked to warm cookie they didn’t even bother to do that. Very bad experience

I realize this isn't likely an always busy location as well as I visited on a high traffic weekend for interstate travel. Great team members dealing with a rush during lunch, I can't complain at all about the service or the speed which I received my order. What I do questions is how fresh the ingredients are. The bread seemed at least a day or two old, much more similar to a crouton at times, I couldnt eat it in my vehicle because of the crumbly mess it was making. Additionally, the lettuce was wilting and slightly brown. Wish this restaurant the best of luck making the changes to these issues, otherwise I would have given it a much higher ranking, the cashier was super friendly and helpful. Oh, the parking lot is super strange, where are people supposed to park? The off placed medians are confusing which direction people should be parking is odd.

Clean and stand alone Subway. I always wish the meat was more healthy and flavorful at all subways. This one has good sandwiches consistently.

I ordered for pick-up. Got home and as my son was eating his sub he found a round bigger than dime sized piece of silicone….. pictures attached!! I tried calling multiple times to let them know and get this resolved but there was no answer.

From the outside, this Subway doesn't look great. However, once inside you are greeted with friendly staff and a clean restaurant. The bread and the vegetables were fresh. This location made one of the best Subway sandwiches I have had in a long time. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I noticed some comments stated that they were unable to get refills. However, we were able to refill our cup without issue. I will definitely visit again when travelling through Raton.

Ordered a Veggie Delight with everything and the server really packed it all in there. Parking lot is a bit rough, but the interior and service is excellent.

Greatest subway in the history of subways. Their flavors are for whatever reason always so much better. We stop here whenever we pass through from Texas to Colorado.

Fallen Star “Bubble”

The food was okay, its subway. The manager claims to have a virus going around and yet, does not wear gloves with handling your food, be only seen her wash her hands once through the process after touching everything. I had asked for avocado in my sandwich for three times and then asked me if I wanted any, otherwise, eh….The bathroom requires a code and isn’t clean..

Do not go here the manager will lie to you about the health inspector not allowing refills for your drinks and the bathroom requires a code to use.
