Great stop off the small hwy in the town of Reserve. Everyone was so inviting and friendly to a nomadic Californian. Great beer (although they are new and have just started brewing their own) most beers on tap when I was there were from Bear Box brewing in Albuquerque. Pizza was very good and made by Sara the chef. And a shout out to the bartender Mark!

So I've been trying to go regularly and tonight I get there and the open sign is on and the door is open we park out vehicle and stepped out the blonde young man I'm guessing bar tender rushed to turn off the open light and shut the door. And I get only one car shows up but three other cars pulled up with at least two people in each car if I was bartending I'd wait at least until online posted hours to close now I know the hours posted on Google aren't trustworthy at all because I've never seen y'all open past 10 even though you're your posted hours online say 11:30pm anyway getting a little off track I'm just so flabbergasted that you could see you have more customers and then just close on them as they are walking in.

Our group from AZ was doing some rock hounding in the area and drove into Reserve for dinner where we found Prod-O Brewery. We immediately felt welcome and the atmosphere is pleasant, servers and customers were all friendly. The menu, though not extensive had a nice selection. The prices were excellent. The hubby and I ordered the special Gila Bomb Pizza. The unusual combination of pepperoni, sausage, green chili, spinach and pine nuts was fantastic! The crust was perfect. Not too thick or thick or not too thin and perfectly baked. The other folks enjoyed their salads and wings as well. The desserts were phenomenal! We're in the area occasionally and will definitely make a point of visiting again. I highly recommend a visit here. Don't miss the opportunity to enjoy great food, local brews and cordial atmosphere.

We had a nice lunch there. Great prickly pear margarita and Bloody Mary. The outside is pretty non-descript, but the inside is nicely decorated and welcoming. Our pizza was good and service was prompt and friendly.
