Great Menu with quality ingredients! The staff and customer service was very kind mannered and helpful. Can’t wait to try more of what they offer!

This is a minimalist's dream! A small rack holding 6-8 different types of bagels, a cash counter and couple minimally stocked refrigerators for drinks.
The bagels are fresh and doughy, for this they deserve a 5! We ordered a Reuben to split. I don't know if what I got could really be called a Reuben, it was toasted not grilled, so the meat and cheese inside were cold, the meat was thick sliced instead of shaved. For this I give them a 3. I'm sure their subs are better, but I haven't tried them.

Went to the sub shop strictly off of reviews. I was not disappointed! The staff was friendly and answered all my questions. The sub I got was amazing and they didn’t hold back on the meat unlike some sub places. Can’t wait to eat here again

My sandwich was amazing

I got a New Yorker and it was delicious! I got the regular and it was much bigger than I expected. Bread was delicious, meats and veggies were so dang good. Customer service was great, legitimately such a friendly staff! I will be back again!

The food is fantastic. Locally owned and operated this is gem of a sandwich shop! They are better than all the national places! Stop in and enjoy a fantastic experience!

We came in for the first time and it was at the end of the day so all their sub bread had sold out already. It was no problem at all as the staff offered to make whatever sub we wanted on any of the bagels they had left. The staff were very gracious even though they were just about ready to close for the day when we walked in. We had been craving real deli sandwiches and we were very happy with our food. We can’t wait to go back to try their sub bread too.

A Real Life New York Sub Hub, Though the Service Was A Bit Slow due to staffing the sandwiches were definitely GIVING that Mid-Burrough Locally Popular Sandwich Joint. We Got The Philly And The New Yorker, Big Ones!! and absolutely Demolished them as soon as I got back to the casa, needless to say, them thangs was thangin

Love love love this place … got the giant sub for my son’s birthday and it was a HUGE hit with everyone! I won’t gate keep this one everyone needs to do this for parties !

I tried Alicea's for the first time a month ago, and I have no idea why I waited so long!! Went back again today! The ham, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich was delicious. The service was amazing, and the food is made fresh. My mom had the turkey and provolone sandwich and she loved it. Great portions as well!
