My son had a cheese burger and it was not cooked all the way and he in the hospital because he eat the cheese burger and he take medication he has to eat me well, done because of his medication. I would never eat there ever again.

Took forever to get my order. Then,my roast beef was soggy with too much sauce. So much sauce, by the time I got home it had soaked through the sandwich box and the bag it came in. Who ever cut the roast beef cut it way too thick as well.

Takes for every to just give you your drinks and the food is good don’t get me wrong but I ordered a Powerade but didn’t get it and barely any Arby’s sauce so I never want to come back again

I ordered 3 sliders. 2 chicken and one roast beef. 30 min wait in drive thru. I got 3 cold chicken sliders and one was raw! Terrible. Don't go here!

A basic beef n cheddar, there was less beef than the thickness of top bun, stingy with the Arby's sauce in the sandwich which never tastes the same if you try to add more after the fact from the condiments pump. Not so great....

The person is speaking and taking orders through the drive thru at 11:20am Thursday 2/6/25 should be fired! Very rude (and old/ancient) and she needs hearing aids immediately! Should NOT be in that position! Had to back up ie luckily no one was behind me and I had to do the order. Unacceptable!! The service inside though was fantastic! Young friendly person.

Crap customer service. The kid at the voice box kept yelling he couldn’t hear me it was kinda funny how frustrated he was! None the less he said a manger was interrupting him I thought that was funny. One cause he straight told his stupid manager, two because that manager should’ve been helping not interrupting him anyway. Who runs this place, Ed, Ed, and Eddie??

waited in the drive thru line for 5 minutes and no one answered. came inside to 5 people working no one greeted me and just looked at me and said “what do you want” like sorry for coming to a place where you work?! the young lady took my order and then continued to laugh with her friend and continuously rolled her eyes. saw 6 people leave the drive thru line because they were refusing to take orders.
