Come on, it's Arby's- they have the meats. Not much to rate here. If you love Arby's, you get it. Really I am just rating the service. Comparatively to other fast food chains, Arby's has some of the better service. The dude that took my order was professional and actually kinda funny and friendly. I went at an odd time and it was really slow. Ended up chatting with the guy for a few. I food was fresh and messy - just like it should be.But really just saying good job to the staff for caring and actually getting my order right. When it comes to fast food, getting the order right seems to be a challenge for most companies.

I had the Brown sugar bacon turkey sandwich. The turkey was hard to chew. Had a good amount of gristle. The flavor was good but, I could only eat about half of it.
Goth Z-gen brat working the drive thru has zero communication skills or general manners. The only thing you can do to "make it right" is to fire her, reach out to me here and let me know you've fired her, and then assure me you are hiring basically decent human beings & training them on basic service communication with customers. If all that is done, I'll be back. If not, Chick Filet DOES train their staff, as does Dion's, etc., and my money spends just as well at one of them. No one should have to be subject to a royal B just to order and receive a sandwich. I really wished I'd had something handy to throw in her face for her rude behavior. You can do so much better.

I'd been seeing the commercials about their new burgers and thought I'd give it a try. It was absolutely the most overcooked dry burger I think I've ever gotten from a fast food place. If you want a burger, go elsewhere.
I guess I should have looked in the bag but I get all the way home and I had missing food to far to drive back. I tried calling no answer plus the person didn’t even give me a receipt. Don’t understand they were not even busy.. the lady that took my order was rude as well.

Ordered the Hush Puppy breaded fish meal. The fish was not fried long enough making them a bit soggy, the french fries were the same, not fried long enough. I was quite disappointed in my meal.
