Good food, served quickly. Reasonably priced. Picked up 4 breakfast bagel sandwiches for around $20. Staff was friendly.

We love coming here! The bagels are high-quality and not too dense. The prices are great and they have TONS of options for making your own bagel sandwich or bagels with cream cheese.

The restaurant has lots of seating. It is definitely a neighborhood spot, a great place to come in and be surrounded by other locals and families.

I especially like that they use Boar Head brand deli meats here, some bagel places skimp on the meat/cheese ingredients, but no such problem here.

My favorite is the sesame bagel with ham, cheese, and egg.

Our favorite is the bagel supreme with new Mexico bagel toasted it’s is so good! This is my second time here and we love it. We also tried the pistacho iced latte and it was delicious. Customer service is amazing the people in the front are so friendly and welcoming. My favorite bagel place in Rio rancho!

My family is from the New York, and The Bagel used to be THE place to go to get authentic New York Bagels and other east coast food items. It pains me to say it, but not anymore. And it's not about the prices. I am willing to pay for quality food. Unfortunately the quality has gone from The Bagel. One of my family's favorites were the black and white cookies. Recently picked up a few and to say my family was disappointed would be putting it mildly. I honestly feel that the love and commitment to quality is no longer something that the owners care about.

They used to make the best bialys outside of New York.
I recently purchased 2 dozen. They were so salty I couldn't
even eat them. Very sad. And not cheap!

Have the Jalapeño and Cheddar bagel with Honey Apmond cream cheese. Their cream cheese selection is the best

Meh. We got two sausage egg and cheese on everything bagels. The bagels were so dry. Also grabbed a cinnamon roll, decent but also dry. We tried a chocolate pastry based off the recommendation of a worker and it tasted and smelled like dog food. It was absolutely disgusting. Went into the trash. This is our 3rd time trying this spot since it (re)opened in this location and I doubt we return. Better bagels elsewhere.

Very nice, honest, hardworking people. Great food, very clean shop, and the lady who rang up the order was so friendly. The cinnamon rolls and strawberry pastries are delicious and so is the coffee. I will be back again soon to try a bagel sandwich or two. Great place to pick up something quick when on the go, or just sit down to relax and treat yourself to something nice when you have extra time.

After reading the lack luster reviews from other disappointed customers, I doubt that I would waste my time with this establishment. Why would I want to be treated by people with such negative attitudes, and then be expected to tip them too? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
