I cannot explain how happy finding this place has made me. Haven't had a proper salt bagel in decades and this really helped my happiness level. Customer service also fantastic. So very grateful.

They sold me a dozen stale bagels on Christmas Eve day. I was very disappointed with the rock hard bagels Christmas morning. Mean people!!!

I’ve been eating here since a little girl (old location) & I was so happy when they opened the new location. They are consistently delicious! We love the bacon, egg, and cheese on sourdough. We also love getting a dozen bagels with the sour cream to make at home. Green chile stew is delicious too. Customer service has always been great. The process for ordering/ paying might be confusing for some but it’s never been a problem for us. We go at least once a week!

I love this place! So glad they brought it back, missed it!!!! I love the breakfast bagels. Sausage, egg and cheese on a green chile bagel is my favorite! It would be nice If they had some breakfast side options like hash browns, stew etc. Customer service could improve some. But overall good place.

First time coming here and feeling underwhelmed. My boyfriend and I have been eyeing this place for a while now and we finally came to try it. You walk in and there is no clear flow to the restaurant. They have you order where you can barely see the workers over the bagel display cases. After we ordered we were a bit confused because they don’t take a name for the order, give an order number, or give any other instructions or estimated order time. When our food was ready one of the employees said “your food is ready” and pointed at us. People in the shop were talking about similar issues that we were experiencing as well. For a place called The Bagel, I hate to say, the bagels were the most disappointing thing here. The bagels were a bit dense, not chewy, and lacking in flavor. The egg, cheese, and sausage were very yummy! The pricing is very fair. No public restrooms.

Good food, served quickly. Reasonably priced. Picked up 4 breakfast bagel sandwiches for around $20. Staff was friendly.

We love coming here! The bagels are high-quality and not too dense. The prices are great and they have TONS of options for making your own bagel sandwich or bagels with cream cheese.

The restaurant has lots of seating. It is definitely a neighborhood spot, a great place to come in and be surrounded by other locals and families.

I especially like that they use Boar Head brand deli meats here, some bagel places skimp on the meat/cheese ingredients, but no such problem here.

My favorite is the sesame bagel with ham, cheese, and egg.

Our favorite is the bagel supreme with new Mexico bagel toasted it’s is so good! This is my second time here and we love it. We also tried the pistacho iced latte and it was delicious. Customer service is amazing the people in the front are so friendly and welcoming. My favorite bagel place in Rio rancho!

My family is from the New York, and The Bagel used to be THE place to go to get authentic New York Bagels and other east coast food items. It pains me to say it, but not anymore. And it's not about the prices. I am willing to pay for quality food. Unfortunately the quality has gone from The Bagel. One of my family's favorites were the black and white cookies. Recently picked up a few and to say my family was disappointed would be putting it mildly. I honestly feel that the love and commitment to quality is no longer something that the owners care about.

They used to make the best bialys outside of New York.
I recently purchased 2 dozen. They were so salty I couldn't
even eat them. Very sad. And not cheap!
