Had the Chilaquiles for breakfast with green chile sauce made in house. Wow. Best ever. Highly recommend

I had the quesabirria, oh my goodness.... It was delicious and I can't wait to go back. This is not Tex Mex, or southwestern, it's Mexican and it's a wonderful break from the usual fare you get here in New Mexico. I like my read and green don't get me wrong but this is a step up in my opinion. Highly recommend!

Baja has some of the best tacos I’ve ever had! The service is awesome and the atmosphere it’s like walking into ur grandmas house always smelling like u can’t wait for dinner.

Came here at 7:15, and you guys where closed. I know it's not your fault but I had a long and very hard day, and all I wanted was some tacos, the best tacos, yall's tacos, and nope, you are closed for some reason. I really am sad now.

Walked in to a very clean dining area and was greeted by one of the sweetest people ever. She took great care of us and answered a few of my dumb questions and was a pleasure to speak with. Then that delicious food came out and the talking was interrupted lol. Solidly good food with great people, can't really go wrong.
