Get the enchiladas montadas. They are so good. I just moved to New Mexico from Southern California a year ago, and this is my favorite Mexican place. The horchata is great as well.

Food is delicious. But they don't stay open very late and they always close early. They always close before there scheduled times. Frustrating!

The food here is great, it is real Mexican food a great break from eating new Mexican food I give the food, five stars, hands-down, the best I’ve had in New Mexico however, their ability to stay open past 6 o’clock, and the fact that they do not answer the phone I give them one star for customer service they just have to do better !

I went to Baja to eat dinner with my family, and we had an excellent experience, the waiters are so kind and very caring, The food was amazing the best Mexican food I have had In Rio rancho. After all I really recommend you coming here if your trying to find a good Mexican restaurant.

Every week I stop in for the whole fried fish! Its delicious and the service is excellent. The salsa bar is an excellent adjunct to the meal. Always fresh and great options. I recommend the red salsa, its my favorite. Everything I have ordered is great, however I recommend the fried fish ??

Been here several times. Good quality Mexican food. Nothing against new Mexican food, but I was happy to happy authentic style Mexican food with refried beans and everything isn't smothered in green or red Chile.

Same great carne asada street tacos as the 4th street Tex Mex! No onion or cilantro for me, please and thank you!Same exact menu from the looks of it. Salsa bar was good! The agua Fresca limon was too sweet. Good experience. Not too busy inside but locals were in and out for call in orders.

Went there for the 1st time and ordered our food and waited and they came back 10 minutes later and said they were out of our carne asada and pozole. they didnt bother to offer anything else or make it right. eneded up next door and ate their. poor customer service.

It had been a while since I had been here. I noticed the change in name? Was it going to be as good as before? YES! I really enjoy eating here. I am greeted with a warm sincerity, I feel like my patronage is really appreciated, and the food I am served is extraordinary. Sine this restaurant is close to my home, my intention is to eat here at least weekly and try everything on the menu. I usually order tacos. The come out hot and delicious, and the accompanying salsas make them even better. Thank you Baja Mexican Food, you are the best!

I had the misfortune of blowing a tire on my vehicles and luckily a tire place was located in the plaza I pulled in to. Since I had to wait for the new tire to be placed on my car, I decided to see if there was a place I could grab some Lunch while I waited and came upon this Mexican restaurant! The atmosphere was very casual with one placing their order at the counter and the food was brought out to my table once prepared. The hostess was very personable and gave me a great recommendation! I enjoyed the Costa Brava plate which consisted of bacon wrapped shrimp and carne asada. Accompanying the meat and seafood were corn tortillas, crispy fries, refried beans and rice and a roasted jalapeño pepper. All was tasty and enjoyable. Recommend dropping by and eating at this location when in the area!
