I absolutely love the revamping of the store under new ownership. Inside and out the store and employees are inviting, friendly and genuine in wanting the experience to be great for customers. My son used to not really care for the location under prior ownership, but now? He's excited when I said let's go get ice cream- I can see that spark that I used to get when I was a kid eager to go get ice cream. My son now refers to the store as "the magical ice cream store!" He LOVES the displays, lighting, posters, decor and seating arrangements, so definitely kid approved! Thank you for the positive experience and your patience- you have no clue how relaxing it was to not have any attitude or feel rushed while my kiddo wanted to try some samples and decide on what he wanted sadly this is not often our experience at other places! It's amazing what magic happens when you pour your heart into something and show it some love! I hope to see a prosperous future and also think that many other restaurants in the area can take note to really bring the area back to life! 🧡🍦

It's amazing how in today's America there are more and more people who have no care or no desire to do. The job they are doing went to a different Baskin-Robbins and I was charged a total of $82 when I get there. They don't have any other things that I wanted to buy. I am thankful for the Baskin-Robbins. It's Southern boulevard. They were helpful. They did everything correctly. He didn't even care if I wanted get anything else or bother to help with anything whatsoever and it's extremely hard to get a hold of corporate so they can see and recognize this kind of steaks

We stopped in tonight for a quick treat. We had the best Baskin Robbins trip. The new remodel looks amazing. We walked into a full shop. The three employees were so kind and efficient. We were quickly helped by Luis. (That's the name on our receipt/mustache and curly hair) Best customer service ever. Thanks for the great night!

On July 25th, I went to pickup a pre-ordered birthday cake around midday. There was a couple seated and three employees present. I stood at the front for about five minutes without receiving any acknowledgment. Not a single employee looked up from their tasks or greeted me. I observed that the employees were wearing AirPods. To add to my frustration, I was the only customer there waiting, with no phones ringing or any other distractions. This experience was extremely disappointing. I've never encountered such poor service before. I traveled from Bernalillo, and I would prefer to drive further into Albuquerque to buy an ice cream cake from Baskin-Robbins or even another ice cream shop. Clearly, training is necessary. If I hadn't prepaid for my cake, I would have left. Even then, I'm not sure if the employees would have noticed or cared.

The service was great the girl who helped was wonderful but she left so much air and space in my pint and it was so light weight. Disappointed I tipped almost $6 for this. I could have got my moneys worth somewhere else

Employees are friendly however, double scoops are not worth the price at this location. We paid for normal scoops but got kid scoops in a normal cup. Won't be back here.

Wonderful Experience! We haven’t been to this location in a couple of years due to lack of cleanliness, rude and unfriendly staff. Our go-to is Dairy Queen but the line was well onto Southern and decided to try this location again. Restaurant was clean, well-lit, smelled amazing and has a new fresh look. Staff were friendly and actually interacted while taking our order. They had smiles and awesome attitude while working during a rush of incoming customers. We’ve been to this location 6 times in the last month!!! Kudos to the Staff as they are keeping the place inviting and running smoothly. Keep up the good work!!!

This Baskin-Robbins location is under new ownership, and you can already see the positive changes! The inside is currently being remodeled and looks so much cleaner and more modern. They even have new ice cream stands that make everything look fresh and inviting.
The young staff are upbeat, friendly, and really make the experience enjoyable. It’s clear they care about good service and keeping the place clean. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend checking it out if you haven’t been in a while. 🍦💖
Baskin Robins has the best peppermint ice cream around, and of course it's seasonal, so it's only offered for about a month. Got some for the first time this year yesterday, and it was delicious as always. The 2 employees working weren't super friendly, but they were busy which I'm sure had an effect on them.
