Very pleasant to go to. The environment is nice staff actually work together and are very kind to their customers.

Every table was dirty and when I asked to clean the table we were eating at worker told my wife there is a bucket in the lobby to clean the tables who TF DOES THAT what kind of service is that my wife don't get paid to clean tables blakes has gotten bad

I’m an OG lover of Blake’s since the 70’s. The food is still good, I just remember their burgers being thicker awhile back…. What happened!!?? Owner must have given in to Shrinkflation big time. *see photo of burger thin-ness
**used to love the Chili Cheese Dogs too! Blake’s has confused their customers by removing them and bringing them back in only specific locations, randomly. The Men’s restroom at this location was kinda heinous. An easy 15 mins of scrubbing boogers off walls would do miracles — c’mon bro!

Changing my 5 star to a one star. Order three meals. When I arrived home only two burgers in the bag. Missing a whole other meal. Asked for Ista Burger only cheese and meat. Couldn't even get that right. Burgers had everything on the them. Couldn't get a hold of anyone at the store to fix the problem. Afternoon staff and Evening Staff need more training. As this isn't the first time I've had problems at this location.

I got the wrong order. Thank God the lady that helped me was kind and helpful. The cook was already saying that it wasn't wrong but the lady on the front counter was quick to show her it was and to remake the food. The front counter lady saved me from getting upset and was quick to replace the order! Thank you so much.
