Wow. Ordered burgers for the family — two adults and three small kids — and the total was $80. I remember Blake’s being a special treat when I was a kid, but it was something my parents could afford without feeling guilty. When did Blake’s turn into sit-down restaurant prices?

My burger meal alone was over $20 because of add-ons: an extra patty ($3) and cheese ($2). That’s excessive. We didn’t even order full meals for everyone — only my wife and I got meals so the kids could share fries and a drink. The kids just had plain itsa burgers with cheese.

$80 for two meals and three simple kids burgers is just unreasonable. Very disappointing.

Ordered 6 different burritos and NONE were labeled. Had to open up every burrito to figure out which one belonged to who. This isn't the first time it's happened at this location so I'm going to start going to the newer one down the street and hope they own a marker.

Since management has change, this place has really gone downhill. Waiting in the drive thru line for an hour to pick upa mobile order, which by the way, sat for at least 45 minutes, ending up soggy and gross, was ridic! There was no customer service as the guy at the window did not answer your questions and talked the his colleagues instead of tending to customers at the window. I'm done with this place and will not be back.

Was at a drive thru but it was more of a parked by.
Waited for an hour before I even got my food.
Not sure what they are doing but I am pretty sure even a fresh batch of food wouldn't even take like an hour to make.
Its suppose to be a drive thru !
They did not even check up on us or let us know about yhe progress of our food.
That the least that they could even do.
Would never go back to this establishment.
Super poor service.
I asked for green Chile and didnt even get it. Seem like either communication was not there or can't read the orders even after an hour.
