Blakes has always had a reptation for taking too long, but the online ordering process was supposed to address that problem. Saturday 9-20-25 at 8:20am, I ordered 2 burritos online. Arrived at the store 5 minutes past the stated pickup time and the place was absolute chaos. Cars were wrapped around the building and there were many people waiting in the lobby. Upon realizing that the burritos weren't going to be ready for at least an hour, I asked for a refund. The clerk refused and told me to call customer service. I'm now being forced to dispute the charge with my bank.

Ordered drive thru just before 9pm tonight. Frito pie with all the extras, burger with a few modifications, and fries. Everything was given to me as ordered in 8 minutes flat. Food was really good. Blake's Fry sauce was great. We are from the west coast and never had a frito pie before. My NM friends were not wrong, it was as good as they described.

Went there this morning thru drive up and the service was so slow, we were in line for about 10 to 15 minutes with 1 car ahead of us. Who knows how long they have been waiting. I was on my way to a job so I had to leave without any breakfast. Last time I stop at that Lotaburger!!!

I love blake’s food but the service here is some of the worst i’ve ever seen i waited almost 30 minutes inside for one burrito they were prioritizing the drive thru. When a guy came up to help the rest of the crew out the girl on drive thru started yelling at him for no reason yelling that she’s so backed up on drive thru and needs help. The bernalillo location is way better.

Have never been to this location before but I have eaten at Lotaburger all my life at many other locations. I don't understand the reviews for here. Today was the best experience I've had at a Lotaburger. Staff was friendly, place was very clean (even the restroom), and food was prepared correctly and came out much faster than most Lotaburgers I've been to. Not to mention we were there right at lunch time (12:40ish pm) which can slow things down for many places but this was much quicker than normal. I highly recommend this location.

Atmosphere is dated. Like many Blake's they are delayed to get your order out. Any issues I've ever had was a one off. Get there in morning and order the breakfast burritos. The chili is New Mexico and you got to try it!
Had ordered a lota combo meal, medium in size. I only had 12 fries in the fryer holder.

I am so upset we were so excited to get food and we ended up leaving with the worst experience and lack of common sense from these workers they gave me my oatmeal basically upside down in my bag on top of other food we had got I take it out and it burns my leg destroyed the bag and now there is oat meal in my burritos i am appalled by this experience 1/10 definitely not coming back
