The first time, we ordered a burger combo and a double with green chili. The onion rings were all stuck together and over fried. The bottom bun was saturated with mustard to the point of having to whipe it off and also dripping all over the table.
That was the first time and unfortunately the last.
I will stick to ordering the breakfast burrito. ?

The inefficiency of this location is horrific. I was kindly told to give the drive thru host a second. I waited for a half hour for my order to be taken. Having enough of that I ventured inside to be put on another 15 minutes wait for a single burrito and an orange juice.

We just made a move from Colorado to Rio Rancho NM. First time stepping into Blake's Lotaburger, Wow!!! Blake's puts All of those other burgers joints to shame. Where do I start, the fries were hot, crispy and delicious ? the hamburger was freshly made hot and delicious, the onion rings were so crispy ?, the shakes were cold a bit frozen and yes...delicious!!! Can't wait to go back. Never will visit Mcd's or BurgerKing again!!!

Bad overall ordered online got there 30 mins after and still had to wait 20 more mins for cold undercooked food everything was still raw just ended throwing food away

This location should not be open. The manager did not have a name tag and was for a majority hiding in the back with the cook and a crew member. She cussed out customers, and completely ignored the majority for a good 30 minutes. One man had wanted his money back as he ordered but never got any of his food over an hour prior. They say they can5 give his money back but they made him "free food" Slowly the people who had been waiting slowly started coming in most of them were in fact door dash orders. One woman had been there for well over an hour but was kind and patiently waited for her order another man had been there for a little more than an hour. Another customer had called and the manager made a loud and disgusted sound and slammed the phone down. Me and my boyfriend had enough of this toxic environment and horrible service and left.

Seriously, the best burgers. Service may be slow at times, but I'll take quality over speed any day. Everything is fresh and looks like it came out of a commercial.
It's a hit or miss when it comes to accuracy of the order and getting out at a reasonable time. I still am a huge fan, but sometimes it's just frustrating how long it takes and hoping the order is correct.

About 2 weeks ago. My work buddy and I ordered food by phone. We came to the local store and it never was started. We waited 35 minutes for our order to finally get done. When they found our order they put it last. The girl just laughed when we voiced our complaint. Very unprofessional. Our lunch is only 45 minutes long.

Ordered my food online, we got there to pick it up the doors were locked and the workers did not acknowledge me for 10 min I had to wait 20 min for my food to be ready on top of the estimated time it gave me online when I placed the order, got home to noticed that they did not give me the right food. Went back to fix it and waited another 30 min for them just to fix my onion rings and burger. Service was absolutely terrible

Normally people work and get tired , these guys had been working overnight and yet we're still able to serve a bunch of us and made sure our orders are somewhat like we ordered,... I get the issue with language and accents and person to person intimidation, but on a scale of 1-10, I'd give them 7. They did their best and yes though my order had mistakes in it ; I get it, they were tired, they also had issues with language and accents from my part "maybe" I spoke and they didn't get what I said or heard something else.... But next time if you doubt, ask again for there's no harm in asking someone to repeat what he/she said Don't get me wrong, their burgers are amazing
